Super Mario 3D Land may be one of the most addictive and fun handheld games I've ever played. Incredible use of the system's 3D capabilities as well. I've always said that if 3D gaming on the 3DS was going to take off, there needed to a be a title that essentially required the user to use it. 3D Land most certainly does that. Bravo, Nintendo. I sank a loooooot of time into that game, trying to get all the flagpoints, repeating with Luigi, and collecting...whatever it is you need to find, I forgot. It's very fun, and yes - this game really shows off how 3D can enhance a game beyond the realm of gimmickry. |

Really excited about what Nintendo presented today.
-New Yoshi. Interesting art style, Kinda Epic Yarn like, but interested to see more.
-Loved the new Lego City and Wonderful 101 trailers. Always been a fan of Platinum Games, and this will be really the first time that I've delved into a Lego game.
-Glad to hear updates about the new 3D Mario and Mario Kart in development. Can't wait to see them at E3.
-ZOMG SMASH SCREENS! I know it's still a long way to go, but just to see Smash screens at E3 has me pretty damn excited.
I really do think Nintendo will be bringing the big guns into E3 this year, especially after last year when things felt really underwhelming. I'm hoping this is the year we get the "Oh yeah, and one more thing..." kind of surprise. I think everyone keeps forgetting about what Retro is developing. I think that's the wildcard in Nintendo's back pocket.

Today's news has made me glad I did purchase the WiiU. I mean I have Wind Waker HD, Pikmin 3, Yoshi, Mario HD, Mario Kart, Monolith RPG, and HD Zelda to look forward to.

I'm currently debating on if I should get a 3DS. I got a big paycheck from working overtime and have about 250$ spending money.

It could bite them on their asses. A lot of Wii U owners are boycotting Ubisoft for alienating them, promising not to purchase the game when it's finally released. Releasing the game in September alongside Grand Theft Auto V and The Legend of Zelda: Wind Waker HD sounds like a bad idea, too.

Just ordered a Wii U. Got the 32GB ZombiU Premium Pack. Black console, ZombiU & Pro controller for £299. Also got New Super Mario Bros U and an essentials kit. Grand total: £372.97 Which I consider to be an amazing value for money. Those two games should keep me occupied for a while and the upcoming release schedule is looking great. Mario in HD! It's going to be amazing  |

Wii U arrived this morning.
I haven't been able to do the system update yet because I keep getting an error code related to the Nintendo servers, but I've played some Mario and my god does it look good. So much fun.
