If Ric Flair were to ever get a mattel figure, it's pretty much given that he will come with a robe...
Would you rather see his robe made of plastic, like Goldust and Regal's robes or cloth, like Jakks Ric Flair robes?

Ric Flair always looks nice with a Jakks Cloth Robe. I'd prefer it, but I'm sure it would be like Goldusts or Regals if it ever happened.

Cloth is what i would prefer it's easier to take on and off Not only that, it just a lot more realistic when it's studded or beaded compared to painted.

Cloth robe. I believe he was originally going to be released in the entrance greats line. He was even up on TRU.com for a while before it was pulled...(since he jumped to TNA) There's probably ric flairs hidden somewhere by Mattel lol

i prefer the cloth robes.... the plastic robes for goldust and regal made the figure too heavy and can't stand for more than a day without knocking all my other figures down...

I would like a cloth robe, but I'm thinking that if they gave us a plastic robe that they could put more detail on it.
I'd actually like to hear from Mattel about Flair figures.

If it was one of his super in-depth ones (ala' Wrestlemania 24) I'd prefer the plastic, if it's one of the slightly plainer NWA ones, cloth.

I think cloth would be nicer, but I think the plastic could look nice as well.

We came so close to getting Flair in Entrance Greats 2. :-(
Anyway, I'm not sure. I think some of his robes would look better as cloth (WM24 retirement), but some of his other, more basic robes would look nice and detailed as the soft plastic.

Well I'd prefer the Jakk's cloth robe, the quality tends to be better and it matches much better when used for customizations etc.

I know I had it preordered from TRU.com back on Jan 1st when Mattel first got the license, but by the next day it was off the website and my order was canceled sometime after that. (maybe 2 weeks)

That bad thing about Regals and Goldusts robe is the plastics too hard. It's hard to take off and makes the figures arms loose over time.

Cloth even though we'll probably never see a Flair anytime soon
