Superb game between Denmark and Portugal today. Great entertainment. Saw bits of Netherlands - Germany. Was too busy getting drunk and booking my holiday.

Portugal/Denmark was a cracking game. Holland/Germany was good too. The Germans look like the winners at the moment. We'll see how Spain do today again with thier no strikers rule, but they are up against Ireland so they should walk it.

2 freak goals against Croatia is nothing , anyway look I hardly believe we're going to beat Spain but you'd swear we were San marino going on some of the predictions on the other thread lol , Spain rarely win by more than 1 if ya actually look at the statistics but anyway the fact he said Spain should walk it is kind of insulting to the players, especially coming from someone who's countries players ironicly are walking it in Spain on there holidays  |

Nice show of disrespect to Ireland there Thats not disrespectful. If you look at the quality Spain got on their side they should be beating all in their group. I'd like to see Ireland do well, I thought at the start of the tourney they'd make it out of thier group. It was just a prediction, no need to get uptight about it. |

Trappatoni's player loyalty has arguably cost Ireland in this tournament. If I was an Ireland fan I'd be extremely pissed off and generally quite bored with it all.
Can't grasp if the cheers from the Ireland fans for McClean were sarcastic ones towards the manager, even Gibson should be ahead of players like Glenn Whelan ffs, lol.

To be fair, Spain should walk it over all of the teams in the tournament except for Germany and France (and I would have said Holland but they've not been great so far.) Not really surprised Ireland may finish pointless considering the death group that it is. There's still a chance we could drag Italy out with us if we can nick a draw so that'll be grand.
