I enjoyed Strong/Nakamura but felt like a bunch of the match was missing. They went to commercial within minutes and when they came back they were both so sweaty and beat up. I feel like 10 or so minutes got cut from that match.

Strong vs Nakamura was really good, BUT I thought the main event was  ing incredible. Everything Okada vs AJ is, well, money haha. The double super kick and pele spot was great, and there were some nice false finishes and all 4 of the tag team guys got their offense in and I just loved it. The middle match was meh for me. I've never been, nor will I likely ever be, an Elgin fan. It was a nice change of pace match though between what were two awesome matches. I really think they need to address production now that they're on DA. Get better lighting so we can see what's going on around the ringside area. It's one thing if you're used to it but you have this amazing wrestling product and new viewers are going to be turned off by stuff like that imo. |

Sorry for the double, but ROH is having a 24 hour sale on 2012 and earlier PPV DVDs. $2 each.
I picked up the DVD from the ROH show from Mania 28 weekend, a couple of the HDNet volumes, and a couple PPVs I still needed from 2010. It was 5 DVDs for like $22 and change shipped.

10 DVDs for $35 shipped. Not too shabby.
Grabbed shows I wasn't willing to pay $15 for. Especially the Unity show and both Homecoming and Young Wolves Rising... which I was in attendance for those 2.

From what i've heared the New York taping have the same problem with the lighting outside the ring. The lighting rig is a great start but now they need to focus on that and fixing the audio. |

Nice sale - unfortunately for me - I'm only interested in the cards that I've attend (Toronto/Buffalo area shows) and the ones that they have up for sale - I've already have those on DVD. (Tried getting an extra copy of Border Wars - to give to a friend - and its soldout - sigh.) Need a sale on Global Wars from 2014. Hopefully for a upcoming Throwback Thursday - they decide to have the older compilations at a low price - like for $5.99 each. |
