Watching Honor Rising now. Holy crap, ROH's roster is incredibly thin. The opening match didn't even involve anyone from the company.
Also, I don't get the appeal of Flip Gordon at all.

This has been the case for years. ROH has been based around the Bullet Club and they failed to create any new stars. Even giving Dalton Castle the title hasn't helped him.

Watching Honor Rising now. Holy crap, ROH's roster is incredibly thin. The opening match didn't even involve anyone from the company. Also, I don't get the appeal of Flip Gordon at all. One big issue was the almost mass exodus of stars to NXT. Let's look back just as recently as 2015 to see who ROH was depending on to draw. Roderick Strong(Literally was indispensable to any ROH show) Red Dragon/ Kyle O'Reilly and Bobby Fish (as singles stars and one of their top teams) Adam Cole(Constant title picture player) Mike Bennet and Maria Kanellis as part of the Kingdom War Machine(Best team since the Briscos and The Wolves to come out of ROH) Tomasso Ciampa(Could have become ROH world champion had he stayed) These are some of the most important names to Ring of Honor's popularity over the past 5 years. Furthermore, other examples of talent that would help fill out prominent roles on a card would be as follows. Chris Hero. Chris could have finally become ROH World champion and elevated several wrestlers through hard-fought title defenses. Lio Rush. Rush won the ROH top prospect tournament one year, so there were serious plans to elevate him to mid-card status. To add one more thing, ROH has several stars such as Adam Page, Jay White, Jonathan Gresham, Matt Taven, Punishment Martinez, and ACH who could all become Main Event players or at least draw more money than they are now. The main issues are conflicts with bookings in New Japan and the lack of strong enhancement talent. This is why Roderick was so important. He could polish turds to a chrome finish.

FYI- Jay White is a NJPW guy, not ROH. And ACH left the company quite a while ago.

Jay White had a short run in ROH and did well before moving over to NJPW full time so I was thinking of that. My mistake. Furthermore, I thought ACH still did bookings with ROH but was just more involved with EVOLVE right now. Anyways, sadly, it seems you've supported my point. I'm appreciative of you correcting me, but I'm sad that it's true because ACH was so beneficial to Ring of Honor. Also, I'm lonely, whatsup dude?

If you are a member of the Honor Club do you still have to pay the $25 to watch the PPV’s on the Fite TV channel?

Scurll should eventually be champ. I'd do it by the end of the year, but since this is modern ROH he'll get it JUST as he's about to leave the company.

I'm happy they didn't give the championship to Kelly Klein as was originally planned. Sumie Sakai is a good competitor and journeywoman that could help build a few new stars to go up against Tenille Dashwood eventually.

I saw some of the Women of Honor tournament matches, including one with the former Emma now Tenille Dashwood. She surprised the hell out of me. Makes me wonder if the WWE was cramping her style because I don't remember her being that good.

She did great in NXT but never gained any momentum on the main roster. That shoplifting report didn't help her case either.

I was at War Of The Worlds Night 2 last night, it was a good show. The Young Bucks vs. Super Smash Bros was awesome, highly recommend that everyone watches it. They did announce Dalton Castle was hurt and won't be competing for the rest of the tour.
