Yup. KNEE PAIN. That's why I don't feel that bad for that dork. As for the guy who actually pushed Punk, I wish he would have gotten at least a black eye! LOL. No you don't feel bad for the guy because you're more interested in a wrestler you like staying on TV as 'Champion' than you do about an innocent man being assaulted. No, ignoramus. I don't feel bad for him because he didn't get hurt. He went home and is posting videos about the incident asking for attention. If I was him, I'd just accept an apology (and most likely some free stuff) and take it like a man. Not, "ouch my knee". There's just a lot of things I would have done differently in that situation if I was that fan.

Punk should not have been in the crowd to begin with, he (or whoever told him to) put him in that exposed position. And also, this is a guy who takes a beating for a living. He may not expect confrontational fans but again, his place was in the ring/barricaded area.

At the end of the day, you people are defending CM Punk for assulting an innocent man. End of.

I'd hardly call someone shoving and then hitting you "innocent" Well if the fan had done either of those things then maybe you'd have a point, but he didn't and you don't. There's a video on 24Wrestling.com showing Punk's he's getting jolted from being hit. Punk hit the wrong guy, and I'm sure he'd take that guy out and apologize to him. It was the wrong guy. The real person to blame is the guy who DID hit Punk.

Then shouldn't everyone in this thread? I'm not trying to start a fight, I'm debating what punishment Punk deserves in reaction to what a poster said about what the thoughts of those who wanted further punishment for Punk are now, this is a forum afterall.

I'm not the person on this board pointing fingers. You keep posting how "CM Punk should have not hit the fan for any reason". My point of view ends with everyone needs to own up to their actions. I think there's a lot of people to blame - this isn't such a black and white incident. Maybe he got hurt, maybe he didn't. Maybe Punk got hurt in that Kidney shot. Maybe he didn't. All I'm posting is you cant just fault the performer, especially when none of this would have even happened if those fans weren't shoving and instead behaved like an audience at a wrestling show.

But I just said that security and the other fan were also in the wrong a minute ago, maybe you should read my posts before accusing me of that.

It did look very suspicious, Punk gets hit, turns around, sees guy putting on sunglasses acting calm.

Good for WWE for sticking by Punk. Some ing douchebag caused all of this; and is bragging about it on Twitter. HE'S the one to blame, not Punk, not WWE. Agreed
