The worst thing for me is that the Removable mask IE Kane never came with hair after I'm sure the proto showed hair. Figure was always half complete to me. Even Kane's mad about it.

I think Jakk's most face-palm worthy mistake was painting the head sculpts on the Rock & Roll Express in the opposite hair colors.

Where and when was that thing released !?! There's a few up on eBay. Search "Finlay Backlash" and 2 of them come up. Depending on when the series came out, this would have been sold at either KB Toys or TRU (after KB Toys went out of business).

I feel like that Finlay is a custom. Not since the early TTL days have the arms not had articulation at the elbow. From the pic it looks like he has the old school non bendable arms thus making him some sort or weird custom. Just my take

I rememeber when I first saw these I thought someone had bought the set and swapped out the figures. But then as I looked at the pegs I noticed there was a few of them like this and they all seemed to be fine as far as the packaging. No signs of being opened. So I bought them.

That's pretty great, lol. Well done Jakks. I always remember seeing a Kane/big show exclusive with big show having an orton head. Don't know what website or if it was eBay.

I liked how some headscans looked nothing like the person, so it was easy to turn it into a custom and create your own guy.

Not necessarily the figure itself; but, my European title that came with (I think) CS X-Pac didn't have the leather texture on the belt -- just the black plastic. Luckily, I just bought Elite 19 Shawn which includes the European title. The Euro title never had the leather texture on any of it's releases. In fact, I think only a couple of the belts ever really had that...

If we are gonna pick on belts then how about the atrocity that was the current IC belt, and the fact that the US, Euro, and i believe curserwight were missing 2 of theire plates. Great thread by the way. Loving seeing unearthed of some of the jakks flubs.

Naked Mark Henry or HBK in all Red were probably my two favorites.

I got a lot off of ebay of random wrestling figures (wanted heads from toybiz tna) and he was in there. Ugly figure, but I agree it looks like started to paint on a singlet and then gave up

Was very happy when Mattel released that belt so i could finally add one that was closer to scale.

I was always one to angrily speak out against Adrenaline 13 with the immovable ttl arms. I bitched about that for years. I never saw black hair Flair in person, but I was so happy when I got the fixed version with the white hair, despite the tights legs. I was a lot more upset about the Taker having no tattoos, especially considering that it was the only good r3 Taker. I painted them on myself I was so upset. Also, the Hogan/Rock nWo 2 pack Hogan. Oh God! The tights design appeared to be applied with white out and his mustache has brown streaks. Also, I don't think it was an error, but the CS Big Show and Giant figs both had the track suit, making it essentially the exact same figure aside from the name for all MOC collectors (of which I was one). The giant suited bodies were awful, the ripped CSDA Big John Studd, that vampire series with the Brood, aaaand....I looked everywhere for a pic, but couldn't find one, but there was a Final Count series with Kurt Angle vs either HHH or Jericho I think...anyway, the Angle was wearing black long tights with weird arrows on the codpiece. I always called it Burt Angle.
