Per last night's Wrestling Observer Live, Meltzer says the Carters realize TNA is never going to make money and absolutely are currently looking for a buyer.
There are people interested in buying it, one of whom is Bischoff who's apparently trying to get the capital together.

Not sure if serious... Could you at least post a source? The source is in the first sentence. Well it's so easy to just say that. I mean you might as well just post 'TNA bought by Vince McMahon cause Meltzer said so'.

Not sure if serious... Could you at least post a source? From Meltzer and I believe WOL is only available to subscribers (maybe I'm wrong) so it would be hard to post that.

Well, I don't know how I feel about Eric buying it. Just means Garrett gets a lifetime job.

The rights to TNA really arent of any value to McMahon so if TNA was up for sale I couldnt imagine he would buy it. Most of the guys would either be released or sent to NXT where nothing will be done with them. The video library obviously isnt that valuable as most people dont even watch live little less watch reruns.

Like Nivro said... The only reason Vince/Stephanie/HHH would buy it is to stroke their own egos and be able to say that they bought out every competitor they've ever had... That said, I fully expect the WWE to announce the acquisition of TNA before the end of the year

Not sure if serious... Could you at least post a source? Dirt Sheet Where else would the news come from? At least it's not the Bleacher Report.

I hardly believe this is true. Not with the current storylines and all the new directions. TNA should be going back to normal pretty soon and make a few profits.

Like Nivro said... The only reason Vince/Stephanie/HHH would buy it is to stroke their own egos and be able to say that they bought out every competitor they've ever had... TNA isn't a competitor. If WWE bought them out, it would be to head off the potential lawsuits looming over TNA which might cause a massive restructure of wrestler contracts if they go ahead.
