I don't really have a use for them in my 'play fed' and I like how they look in the box.

Very interesting thread. I don't think you are ever to old to collect figures. My wife and kids go figure hunting with me from time to time.

How old is too old to collect wrestling figures? I agree that you are NEVER to old to collect action figures, I'm 38 years old going on 39 years old and I have been collecting wrestling figures sense I was 24 years old and will be collecting until I die.

Then you are in the wrong hobby. You should be collecting because you like whatever it is you are collecting. Future value should never be a thought in collecting. This is true pj. I love collecting them. I don't think I would ever get rid of them or anything. I just don't know about opening the elite ones. Do you do matches or feds with yours?? Or do you just display them At 45 and my daughter at 15 now there's no more playing with the toys, because she claims she is too old for toys and is even embarrassed to walk into a toy store/dept now. God knows who might see her there. Which I think is a pretty lame excuse seeing they'd have to be there as well. lol So for the most part they are just displayed on shelves. I do have a few figures I really like that are by the computer that I repose from time to time. That's about the extent of my wrestling figures "playing". But I will say I have been playing around with the '66 West Batman line. (and the 6" SW Han Solo) The Batman show is a line I dreamed of since I was a kid growing up in the mid-70's as was a larger SW line when it came out in the late 70's-early 80's. It only took 40 years for Batman and 30 for SW, but I finally have them. lol

I'm 30. Restarted collecting during my honeymoon trip 2 years ago. Where i live, moc elites priced averagely around $50. I prefer loose anyway. Now that we have a baby my wife keeps hinting me to sell away my figs.

I hate that thought. Why is someone have to be a certain age to like something? What's the difference between collecting WWE figures and collecting anything else? Because they're "toys"? Who gives a crap?!

Now that we have a baby my wife keeps hinting me to sell away my figs. No need to sell away your figures. Just cut back on future purchases. Instead of getting a whole set at once just get the ones you like the best first. Or if you already do that or don't buy whole sets then just get one or two figures a month. But there is no reason to sell what you already have.

Who gives a crap?! That's exactly why. She said why couldn't I be normal and collect stamps or coins like her dad

Collecting doesn't have an age limit, but I would stop if it's gonna get me in arguments with my wife.
My point of view.

Out. One shelf for current roster. One for Legends. That's sweet. I would love to see a pic of that. I'm sure it's extensive.
