The one bit of slightly good news is that Reis did say they're looking at the logistics of releasing the Golden Girls in another way.

I didn't know about those. You should have mentioned it because my Brother-in-law was at NYCC Thurs-Sun I could have had him look.

Picked up 4 Game of Thrones legacy figures at Ross for 4.99 each. Got Jon Snow, Ned Stark, Khaleesi, and Tyrion. They had some Magic The Gathering toys too, but my nerdiness has limits.

These limited run ReActions are souring me on the line. I would have bought Golden Girls in a heartbeat, but nope con exclusive. Now The ET set is limited to 5,000 copies worldwide? it, I'll just order the EE glowing ET and be done with it. I'd almost rather them just end the line than milk it out with super limited releases.

I never watched ET so that isn't something I would want.

Is it limited to a retailer though? If it's like the Aliens set it'll be easy as hell to grab on Amazon and it'll be cheaper than retail.
I really want it. I love the set. I agree in general though. If this stuff is going to become a pain, I can easily be out.

I saw the Dark Crystal SDCC Exclusive today at TRU. Pretty cool set but for $25 I'm going to wait for the single card releases. Plus, Jen actually comes with a crystal shard and the build a crystal is kind of cool. Pretty much the perfect property for the ReAction line imo.

Got this today at TRU. It's the first time I've seen it. I had it pre-ordered on Amazon months ago and Amazon canceled the order and so I figured meh, probably never pick it up. But I found this one stacked on an end cap by itself near all of the POPs. Not sure if I'm going to open it, because I have nowhere to put it right now, but it looks pretty awesome. Tyrion looks great as far as I can tell. It was $25. So no complaints in that department. I also saw the Dark Crystal figures (Kira, Aughra, Jen). I wanted them but I had a giant handful of stuff already and so those will have to wait. They looked great, especially Aughra.

My TRU has had the 3.75" GoT figures for a few weeks now, but I haven't seen the Wall there yet.

The closest I ever came to watching Twin Peaks was the Psych cinnamon festival episode where the spoofed it. At least I think Twin Peaks was the show they spoofed in that episode.

You should definitely check it out. Season 1 is truly fantastic, and it's only 8 episodes long. So it's not a huge commitment. It's on Netflix. You can obviously keep going if you enjoy it. There is a prequel movie to Season 1, Season 2 was 22 episodes, and then they are releasing a brand new season 3 on Showtime that starts in May.

Just to follow up: The Twin Peaks set is now a 4-Pack instead of 4 individual figures. The downside is that it's going to cost me $60 to own 2 Dale Cooper figures. The positive though is that it'll cost me $30 for all 4 figures instead of $10-15 for each of them. I view it as a positive. I can get two sets of 4 for what the 4 individual figures would have been online.

How awesome/ridiculous is that figure though? I was honestly a little shocked they went there for fear of offending people but I think it's great.

I like the creepy factor of the Laura, but I actually only wanted Cooper. When they switched to the 4-pack, I said "nah". I'm not paying 30 bucks to get one figure I want, one I kinda want in passing, and two I'd have to try to sell. So, they'll get no money from me on this one. I'm not a big enough fan of Twin Peaks to sink a bunch of cash into it, but I still might get the Cooper and Laura Pops.

I ended up getting the Aliens Power Loader set for like $18 when it msrp'd for like $30. I'll let you know if I see it drop. But yeah, I don't blame you for not wanting a Bob figure in your house haha. It's creepy af. I honestly think Bob and Log Lady were poor choices. Leland definitely should have been one of the four and I think any of Audrey/Harry/Bobby/Shelly would have all been much better as the fourth spot. I get that Log Lady is a bit of a mascot for the show but I would have gone Leland/Harry/Laura/Coop. My guess is we only get one go-round of these and so I was a bit sad to see two spots not be filled by key members of the cast.
