I hope that the people who bought the ESR for $400+ are kicking themselves right about now. i'm anxiously awaiting this ring, my current spring ring the ring is cracking apart. but i'm patiently waiting for the ASR to replace it instead of buying a new spring ring.

I want to know why their packaging is just a rip off of Mattel's. First it was the 2013 red and white, now it's the 2014 blue and gold. And most of their stuff looks like cheap knockoffs without the cheap price. Both WCT and Mattel are both licensing from WWE. It stands to reason that WWE has branding guidelines to ensure a continuity of their brand identity across multiple licensors. Seriously, how are people overlooking such an obvious common denominator as WWE on this? There is no reason to think anyone is "ripping off" anything or trying to mimic Mattel. Both licensors are probably working off the same design guidelines and seeking packaging approval from the same people at WWE. Corporate branding, huh? Just another reason to dislike today's WWE. I didn't think they were ripping off Mattel, I just think they make lower quality products in packaging that is way too similar. If I were Mattel I would be annoyed that somebody might think the junky keychains and thumb wrestlers were Mattel products, that is all. |

How do you guys think the box will look? Like as far as figures go will mattel let them advertise their figures?

Wicked Toys packaging will soon resemble the new Mattel packaging. This is why Mattel changes it every year to keep it fresh so other bootleg companies will also have to change and copy it again. |

I wonder if the blue on the apron, will be a future preview of the wwe apron after Wrestle mania. They update the skirts once every few years and maybe the Authentic ring is that preview?
