Not to be a negative Nancy, but everything Wicked Cool Toys has put out have been ANYTHING but wicked cool. Definitely waiting for protos to judge, but I dont expect it to be good. I want to know why their packaging is just a rip off of Mattel's. First it was the 2013 red and white, now it's the 2014 blue and gold. And most of their stuff looks like cheap knockoffs without the cheap price. Would you mind giving a bit more details for those of us who may not be as familiar with their company?

The Thumbpers have ripoff packaging, the Stack Down sets have ripoff packaging. It's probably just to keep everything uniform.

Wicked Cool Toys made WWE banks and Keychains. They were really cheap looking and were overall crappy. I just hope they nail the ring

I really hope this means that Wicked Cool Toys releases some accessories for it. My main hope is a scale Elimination Chamber. I can only imagine how monstrous that would be.

I hope WCT just bought the ESR mold from Mattel like Jakks used the old LJN ring mold initially with the BCA line. I'll be sad if it's just the RSR with new logos, diecast and plastic don't work well and if the posts are totally plastic, I hope they're as thick as the ESR posts. Also, I hope the turnbuckles are one piece and the covers are smaller than RSR's foam pillows that they used. Still, it's cool to have scale rings again.

I already own a Mattel ESR that I bought from RSC about 2 years ago so, I’m not really interested in buying this new ring. But I’m very excited to see what it will look like. If its as good, if not better than the Mattel ESR, I hope enough of you who didn’t get the opportunity to get the ESR finally have a scale ring to show off your collections.
The Mattel ESR is $70 on RSC right now, so I can’t see this new ring being more, unless it came with extra accessories like ring barricades.
I hope that this new WWE Authentic Scale Ring sells well enough for RSC to make accessories like a Cage, Hell in a Cell, Elimination Chamber, Inferno Match, Ultimate X, Money in the Bank, Scaffold match, etc.
I’d be willing to pay between $40-$60 for each of these accessorize packs that would allow me to recreate these matches with my Elite figures, but ONLY if they worked with the Mattel ESR too.
I hope this scale ring lives up to the hype.

Hmmm...
I just googled "WWE Elite Scale Ring," and RSC's page did come up. It must be really old!

I googled Mattel ESR and it brought me to a RSC page, must be old and not go anywhere once you click "buy".

This new ring is intriguing... Will have to wait to see some pics, but being that I just got back into collecting late last year, I am in need of a ring. Hopefully it's a well made one so I won't have to shell out the big bucks for a RSR.

For those complaining about the packaging being extremely similar you clearly have no idea how marketing product works. WCT is clearly making it look like Mattel so it attracts the typical WWE collector. It makes perfect sense. Use your noggin sometimes.
