I have no problem with it. Obviously, nothing graphic will be shown. I mean, the Zapruder Film, 9/11, etc. are shown on TV repeatedly and nobody gives it a second thought. Why should we think differently here?

There was no tron at the event, just the arena screens. So yes, unfortunately, I did. Damn man. That must've been traumatizing. Was the general reaction that it was a stunt? Or did the live crowd seem to immediately realize something went wrong? I've never in my life been in a place with so many people, and not a sound. You could hear a pin drop from across the arena. It took about maybe 3 minutes for people to realize there was someone lying in the ring that they had not noticed there before. Since in 99 there were no real Smart Phones and texting wasn't as popular yet, it wasn't until a little bit before the main event that word spread about his death. Not that they should have, but WWE made no mention or annoucement to the live crowd. So there are some people that truly didn't know what they had seen until they got home, as it was all over the news.

Other than Owen's death, I remember it being a decent PPV. I am wondering if there would be anyway to record from the WWE network using a DVD recorder. DVD recorder, not likely. If it's anything like Netflix there's going to be copy protection on the streams that DVD recorders respect. More advanced methods, likely.
