How does everyone feel about it? I think it's awesome! I wish they would've kept it a secret until RAW, but I just got a text saying he will be back this Monday Night and he will host Wrestlemania! They announced it to artificially inflate the ratings. Ratings are ratings - if WWE gets a good rating by announcing Hogan will be on RAW - what's artificial about that?

Forget the haters ... it's fantastic news - Hogan is the Babe Ruth of wrestling and it will be great seeing him back "home". Plus, WWE will know how to use him to both parties' benefit. Can't wait 'till RAW!

I wonder what entrance theme he will come out to. If he comes out to his classic "Real American" theme, I wonder if "The Real Americans" will come out and take exception to that and have a little brawl stir up between them. I can see it happening for sure.
Would be equally awesome seeing Hogan come out to Jimi Hendrix' "VooDoo Child" again as well. It will be interesting. Only time will tell. Can't wait to find out.
Which one would you guys prefer??

Glad he'll be back. WWE is his home, so he's automatically more enjoyable in the 'E. I'm down for some Hogan segments.
Also pumped that we will probably finally get some Mattel Hogan figs. I hardly collect anymore but Classic, nWo, and Tye Dye Hogans are must haves.

Welp, it seemed obvious, but looks like a done deal. I'm happy. It will be nice to see him back on WWE tv from time to time, and especially at WrestleMania 30. Just not as a wrestler... I think he does get physical at Mania...he's prob working toward medical clearance for the big day

Just off Hogan. That I'd be okay with. I would have been more excited to see the return of THIS Hogan. I'll prob be the only one with this opinion, but.... HBK is the least funniest person ever to be on television & that whole thing as Hogan was painful for me to watch, brother (I know many love it) this is my official instant heel turn I'm sure

I wonder if they'll put Hogan on that beginning WWE montage now?

I would assume that they prob will put him in that now I loved HBK's promos when he first went solo from The Rockers...I don't know when it happened, but prob around the time of The Kliq/Attitude Era, something in his voice just made my brain want to explode & I couldn't stand how he did any promo work...his trying to be funny was as if he'd tortured me in a past life or something lol

Hulk Still Rules Voodoo Child theme would be awesome and would be the only way I would mark. Real American, though nostalgic or whatever, is cheesy and ran its course but his fans love it so I'm not expecting it to be Voodoo Child. That having been said I love that people are freaking out with excitement. Sure, getting Mattel figures is one thing but another is acting like the guy hasn't left. He hasn't. He's still been prominently featured in wrestling programming for the better part of 5 or 6 years, some times better than others (as much as some of you hate TNA, his GM acting was far and away better than AJ's, sorry. Made one show much easier to have to suffer through.) nWo Mattel Hogan will be cool, Hulk Still Rules Mattel Hogan will be cool, everything else...business as usual. A guy on a dirt sheet site posted this in the comments, saying it pretty much sums it up. He's pretty much right.

Well they were legends to me in TNA too. But you have to admit, there's just something... special (and more meaningful) about these guys being in WWE (...that's not a dig at TNA by the way - just how I see it). I love them both - but I think it's gotta be the "classic" Real American theme. And I will mark out big-time, lol. Hulk Still Rules Voodoo Child theme would be awesome and would be the only way I would mark. Real American, though nostalgic or whatever, is cheesy and ran its course but his fans love it so I'm not expecting it to be Voodoo Child. I'm sure I read somewhere during the 2002-2006 Hogan run, that the Voodoo Child music is very expensive to use - so that would probably still be the case, I'd imagine(?)

He helped ruined TNA, him. TNA was bad before he got there. Now he's gone, and it's still bad. It's actually gotten WORSE since he left.

Just ordered 2 Hulkamania shirts off eBay. A yellow shirt with red Hulkamania logo and red shirt with yellow Hulkamania logo. Yep, I'm a Hogan mark and proud of it. Hogan's the man.
NONE of us would be wrestling fans or became wrestling fans if it weren't for Hulk Hogan. It all goes back to him and this legendary match:
