Okay. I get where you're coming from. Sorry for jumping on you like that. This is the second thread this week where I don't necessarily disagree with what they did - but I kind of wish they didn't broadcast it on here. Telling us all a story like this doesn't make the poster look like a successful figure hunter - it just serves to piss the rest of us off.... Some of us drive around for days, trying to get to these stores when they open, going to the stores in strategic order, just hoping as we walk to the toy department that the staff will have bothered to put something new out today - hearing that the staff bought them up just frustrates us hard-working collectors. This guy just showed up for work and grabbed the figures before anyone even had a chance - it's just frustrating. Dude, its a perk of the job. I understand its frustrating and that sucks. They pay me nothing so I get first crack at wrestling figures. Its a perk. Im sure you and plenty of other people will find them and I hope that you do. I should not be called a liar though. I changed my mind. Youll get them eventually, just chill out. And the post served I was happy to have them, not trying to piss anyone off, only you took it that way.

And yes, TRU employee scalping is a huge problem. So much in fact, that if anything we buy ends up on ebay for inflated price, we get fired. Chances of catching it are slim, but if we do we get fired. Or so they say. Supposedly some guys got fired a few years ago at one of my TRUs. They weren't selling on ebay but they were holding stuff (Hot Wheels, Sportspicks) for certain people. I heard there were too many customer complaints. Honestly, if I worked in a store, I'd buy everything I needed for my collection.

I have heard that us in the west coast get figs first. I havent heard that before, not saying in any way its false, just havent heard it. Your area may not get them for a while, but if you have a TRU around you EVENTUALLY you will get them.
