Here's the obvious reason for this figure happening the way it did. Most people didn't buy the exclusive. Most people want the iconic Andre look. Those however that did buy the exclusive, wanted a different look for obvious reasons. Now, why they chose to mash 2 figures into one instead of just re releasing legends Andre, making an additional accurate Andre with Afro and mixing them into every other case like they did with Nash/Diesel, blows my mind. They really dropped the ball on this one and I hope whoever gave the ok gets fired lol. No one deserves to be fired calm down. The figure will sell fine at one per case. He might actually be 0.5 per-case - sometimes the Flashbacks aren't packed in the revision/B-cases (E25 Bruno, E27 Rikishi)...

I think all these Mattel Andres are still not accurate - his boots weren't the regular sized boots that they give him, they should have sculpted bigger feet. Likewise his hands were bigger than everyones, yet they give him regular big hands. Andre is that sort of icon in wrestling that deserves new tooling and new sculpt body parts. The ball was dropped a long time ago. I completely agree with all of this. I don't have a Mattel Andre yet, but I've given some thought to whether he could be given bigger hands and feet. I think it'd make a big difference.
