It hurts for sure. It’ll be good to have Steph back and Oubre should be a great fit. Warriors will have rough patches, but I think they’ll make the playoffs. Is this Golden State's lineup? SF-Andrew Wiggins PF-Draymond Green C-James Wiseman SG-Kelly Oubre PG-Stephen Curry Thats not bad. It would be if Wiseman is inserted as a starter right away.

Oubre has been getting better each year, Wiggins still has a high ceiling, Wiseman is a good fit, Draymond is Draymond and Steph is still one of the best players in the game. I'm interested to see what happens. Maybe Klay makes a return for the playoffs.

Me too, feels like this year will be the most competitive in a while. I dunno. Lakers got better and no one else feels like a legit contender. Maybe my Celtics, but we’ll have to see how Thompson works in the system. I think a lot of teams got more competitive with deeper rosters. Not saying the Lakers won't be the favourites but a lot of teams got more interesting in my opinion. I also think Thompson wi be a great fit. Good rim protector, good rebounder, polished big man, the Celtics were a little lacking in that area.

Having a Center rotation of Thompson/Theis/Robert Williams is pretty damn good. If they can get productivity from the guards on the bench, they're going to be really great this year.

I think GS will still have a top 4 record in the West this year if they don't have any more big injuries. They might not have as good of a chance to knock off LA but as a Suns fan i would be happy even to have a chance in the playoffs. Man the Pacific should be loaded this year.

Mine will definitely be the Suns this is the first time in years I’m excited for the season to start. Besides Phoenix it will probably be Bucks or Nets just to see how the Nets play together.

I am a Raptors fan but I'm not optimistic. Parts of the team yes, but not overall. Although last year I was surprised by the team. Aside from my bias, the Hawks will be interesting, big fan of Trae Young. Suns, Wolves, Blazers, even the Rockets, honestly I don't know. As I've said before, the depth of teams this year is a lot better, hopefully a lot more competitive games. I'll watch as much as I can. Do you folks think there will be any breakout or surprise teams this year?

Westbrook for Wall and a 1st. Odd move but I guess both wanted out.

Westbrook in the East could be fun.
Wall pairing with Harden is hard to wrap my brain around. I wouldn’t be shocked if Houston missed the playoffs.

John Wall will just be another in a line of ballhogging PGs who wont mesh with Harden. Mike Dantoni was the perfect coach for him and I dont see where Harden will fit anywhere else with his contract.

He definitely deserves it. This really handicaps the Lakers cap wise, but I don't think it'll matter. lol Unless someone builds a super team or LeBron or AD get hurt, LA has a real shot at a multiple titles in a row.
