I sure wouldn't consider him being the most overrated in the league but RN he is a little one dimensional imo. He's great on the offensive end but he sure isn't a great defender, he's young enough where he definitely can improve that part of his game.
The only thing that has been bringing me any joy in the conference finals has been seeing Allie doing the Western games but ngl seeing Luka lose his smile has bought me some joy(yeah,I know I'm a small man)

Rarely hits THE shot, flops around a ton (that Wiggins dunk flop was cringe). His statlines feel empty. For sure not a top 10 player but has been talked about like a top 3. |

Anyone who says Luka isn’t top 10 isn’t watching him play. Guy single handedly almost carried the Mavs to the finals and only hit a wall once he came up against one of the greatest core-of-players of all time. Get him a legit sidekick and the Mavs are getting to the finals next year.

I hate that the Celtics didn't finish the job last night. People much more optimistic than me are saying things like "the '08 team had to win 2 games 7s". Well, I'm glass half empty with this team. This feels much more like '12 when they lost game 7 after having had a 3-2 lead to...Miami.  |

I'm guessing I'm one of the few but Embiid is no where near the best player in the league imo. I think most people's top 10 will consist of the same 7 or 8 guys and a mix of another 5 or 6 to fill in the last spots but its no way I wouldn't put Luka in that 10(even before these playoffs started). In no certain order I got
Giannis
Joker
Durant
LeBron
Kawhi
Curry
Luka
Embiid
Then a flip of a coin betweeen
Tatum
JA
Booker
Davis
Butler
Mitchell
Trae
Lillard

He comes off more as Zach Lavine with a better supporting cast (I’m a Bulls fan and am not impressed with Lavine either). It feels like Booker’s been propped up more since Chris Paul arrived in Phoenix than Booker taking a big leap with his overall game. And between last years playoffs and this years, he hasn’t shown the ability to step up in big games when he’s needed the most. |

Im gonna disagree with about everything you said but that's why everybody has their own opinions on guys and I mean that and no disrespectful way at all. He got his team to the second best record and best record in the league back to back years,ill definitely agree that Paul was a big part in that but in no way was Book just sitting in the back seat and was just along for the ride. How many games did CP3 miss and Book took control of the team and still had the same results? He pretty much knocked out most peoples champion favs last year,when they beat the Lakers in the first round with a injured Paul. The one thing I do agree on this team is loaded with young talent,so I'm gonna give them a little bit of a excuse for chocking the title away last year and this years collapse because of their age and experience level. James,Durant,Curry,Giannis etc(not saying Booker is on their level or will ever be)took some Ls before they got their 1st chip,so I'm willing to give them a little time before I would consider him overrated. Its easy to see I'm a huge Suns fans,so you could be dead right about everything and I refuse to see it just yet(this wouldn't be the first time) but I would consider him to being underrated still because of Paul getting the spotlight. Its not many people that has him anywhere near their top players,so its hard for me to see him as being overrated. |
