*UPDATE: I got an PM from ringside this afternoon stating that they would like to add a free "Ultimate Table" RSC exclusive to my order because of this, which is cool because they didn't have to do anything. Helps some and will certainly go a long way in keeping my business. Not sure if RSC actually wanted me to post this as they probably don't want to give a bunch of those out for free to everyone who complains, but I thought it was worth mentioning. Thanks RSC for going above and beyond. Now, let's just get the Flair figure in hand!
I don't want to jump the gun as it has only been available for a week, but is anyone else frustrated that they don't have their RSC pre-order Flair yet while other members who ordered from other websites do?
This is the first time I have ever pre-ordered a figure from RSC and will probably be the last. I know it isn't RSC fault, but it is frustrating when you pull the trigger on this pre-order and actually pay a a dollar or two more for it than I could have from a different website who has already fullfilled their pre-orders.
RSC, any word on when you will actually get your Flair shipment in?

It is frustrating, but they've addressed the issue and are upset about it just like everyone else. Mattel apparently sent them to other sellers first this time, and RSC should have em this week (likely)

I preordered 2 from them the day they started taking preorders. I was hoping to get them asap. Hopefully we can get some sort of communication when they do arrive to rsc as to how quickly we will get them at our houses

Yea, a bit frustrated. But its a toy, so im being patient. They should have an easier way to cancel orders that are still pending I simply chatted in, they were VERY quick and helpful in the matter. I've called in previously and had the same great experience as well. You just have to talk I someone to cancel or change an order

I canceled my order last week and ordered from Amazon and got it July 3rd. I know its not RSC fault from the response they gave but hey, I gotta do what I gotta do.

They have said that they have no control over when things come like the asr. Just be patient I understand that it is out of their control, but at the end of the day, they have my money and I don't have my figure and other people do. So, that makes me frustrated and I felt like venting a bit about it hoping RSC would respond.

They have responded..... Hey guys, let me clarify the situation... Mattel made a mistake with our order and didn't ship it to us until this week. It looks like they shipped to other stores last week. Mattel shipped this item directly from their US Distribution center to us and every other store, we are not "slacking", we had zero control over Mattel's screw up and are very frustrated that it happened. They were supposed to ship them to everyone at the same time and unfortunately Mattel messed up. We apologize for the delay and for Mattel's error and will ship them as soon as they arrive in stock!

Understandable but its not fair to really "get mad" at them for a situation that was out of their control. Really the only problem I get with RSC is they cant narrow down when something will arrive. "It could be this week, or next...or maybe the next...but when we get it, we'll ship it out". Im not just a fan of how they give the Late June-Early July type responses and there's like 4 weeks there it could fall under. Like I said before, they couldnt tell me when they would get it (so I didnt know when I would get it) so I just canceled and got it from Amazon.

I have never been one to have to have something first. I ordered my set of E29 early like others and have not yet received them. I will be patient and understand that stuff happens. I ordered my Flair the first day it was up. I will get one and that is all the matters. Just like my ASR. As long as I get it, I won't worry about it. I will get it soon and I will be happy once I get it. Never understood the mindset of being mad about not getting something first before everyone else. I have been patient on getting the stuff I wanted and usually got it cheaper. Am I in the minority here? Maybe it's the coach in me knowing nothing happens overnight or right away.

That's why I don't like RSC's pay full upfront pre-order system. When delays occur you either gotta jump through loops to cancel an order, or sit it out and wait.

I absolutely love RSC's communication and customer service. They truly are the best to purchase figures from. They'll take care of us. Just be patient. After all last time I checked Flair was listed to be in late June, early July and we are still early in July. If you made your preorder you WILL receive your items. Big ups to RSC for giving us a statement cause they could've simply blew us off and left us in the dark.

Like I said went they posted that last week...There's no need for them to apologize. It wasn't their fault and seeing I've wanted Flair since day 1 of the Mattel license what's another few days? I had the "Phantom" TRU EG figure preordered back on Jan 1, 2010. And it was an open order for 2 weeks before TRU canceled my order. So I am used to waiting for an "official" Mattel Flair
