I got that message as well, but I'm not going to follow through with what it said to do to get it. It wasn't their fault so there's no need for them to add something free to my order.

Lets just say you order the the WWE PPV from your local cable company and for some reason, you get a bad feed and are unable to watch the show. You call up your cable company and ask what is going on. They inform you that it is out of ther hands because it is something that the is wrong on the WWE's end. Do you have a problem with getting a refund or a discount or whatever the cable company gives you to make the situation right? You are still going to get to watch the PPV, just on delay..... This situation is no different. Sure, it might not be RSC fault, but they are the ones that take the image knock in this case. They are the ones who put the Ric Flair figure up for pre-order. As said before, did they have to offer the table as compensation? Absolutely not! But since they did I have no problems accepting it. It's a great gesture on their end.

Again it is a great gesture on their part. But it wasn't needed and just because they offered it doesn't mean we have to take them up on it.
And the cable comparison makes no sense, because if it was an issue on the WWE's end the WWE would be the one making restitutions not the cable company.

They offered one of their table exclusives. It's a nice gesture but they are like $4 each. Not like they are giving away the house.

Those tables are awesome! I'd suggest the black or brown ones. I have the 7 pack and those two colors look the best IMO

Okay, so instead of it being on the WWE's end, lets say a drunk driver crashed into a cable satelite causing the problem. Out of the cable companys hands, not their fault, but if they offered you a refund you would take it? Right?

That's it the cable companies fault. There should be backups in place for things like that and other weather related issues. And no if cable goes down for a few hours or a day but I will still be seeing the on-demand event I paid for at some point I don't try to get a refund or compensation for lost hours. I just pop in a DVD or turn on the PS3 until it's corrected.
You can spin it anyway you want as can I so I'm not going to comment anymore about it. The bottom line is it was a nice gesture on RSC's part, but it wasn't necessary and I'm not going to take them up on it.

I got the offer last night. Gladly took them up on it. It's not their fault their shipment is coming in late, but I'll happily take them up on the free ultimate table.
I wasn't going to get the ultimate table set, but if I like the one I'm getting for free I'll likely get more. Smart move on their behalf.

We're in a world now where people want something for free whether they feel they need it or not. If they offer it and its taken up, fine, if not....that's fine too. I took them up on the offer. They're trying to take care of the ones who are loyal to their site who didn't cancel their order when people started getting theirs elsewhere. I really appreciate that and respect them for it.
