I prefer Samsung Galaxies over iPhones just for the simple fact their bigger and I think their designs are better

I personally prefer Samsung. I feel like I get more quality with a Galaxy then with an iPhone. You get way more bang for your buck with Galaxy's. They have better CPU's, RAM, and just about everything else. The Galaxy's really out-preform everything on the market when it comes to specs.

I had the galaxy aviator befor this. The s5 is a lot lighter and just a tad bigger (not sure the size of the s4). Everything is easy to work and the camera has a lot of "extras" that my aviator didnt.

Seeing as im typing this on my galaxy s5....Im gonna vote galaxy nice but I have a question how is the s5 I'm debating between the mega 6.3 or s5? Don't get the Mega. The Samsung flagship phone is the S5. The Mega is just a gimmick in that it's a phablet. It's not very impressive spec wise either. Now for my choice, I would go with the iPhone simply because it's the standard. What I mean by that is, when it comes to third party applications, third party accessories, or third party components, the iPhone is king. You will find yourself more in a situation where a certain app or accessory is available for the iPhone and not on Android than the other way around. Android has the market share, but developers and manufacturers cater to iPhone simply because it's easier to work with few phone models that are very much like each other than a whole bunch of different models of phones. The S5 and many other phones have better specs than the iPhone on paper, but the iPhone holds its own mainly because of optimization. iOS makes full use of its hardware while the same might not exactly be true with the S5. In the end of the day, it's just a phone. Both operating systems are great and what it boils down to is personal preference. I personally think the iPhone has the edge though. It may not be as powerful as other phones on the market, and it may not have the same amount of features, but I rather just save myself the headache and get the phone that developers and manufacturers are prioritizing so I don't have to wonder if something is compatible with my phone or not when more than likely will be with the iPhone. If you are going to go with the iPhone though, you should probably wait it out as the the iPhone 6 is projected to be announced in October with 4.7 inch and 5.5 inch models.

iPhone easily. -I hate the size of the Samsungs, it feels like I'm holding a tablet rather than a phone. -I've already got the iPod, iMac, iPad and everything works together. I can take a photo on my phone and Airdrop it to my iPad in seconds. -Accessories galore, especially cases. -Hardware doesn't bother me. If the Samsung is faster then so be it, my iPhone 5S is fast enough for my liking.
Unless Apple go out of business, I won't be using a Samsung (or any Android phone) at all.
