No one OWES me any figures. I don't want anything FREE. Amazon wouldn't allow me to simply EXCHANGE it. I'm willing to send it back. I'm not trying to game a free figure out of either Mattel or Amazon, just want what's right. Seeing as this is an online exclusive and vouchers wouldn't work online actually maybe Mattel will work something out with you where they send you a replacement. All I know is tons of my figures have broke or been defective and it's MATTEL that you go to for help not the place you bought it from. The ONLY other defective fig I had (William Regal's hand fell OFF), Wal-Mart took it back, no sweat. I don't want to even have to send it back for an exchange, if I can fix it.

No, but they sold it. Any RETAILER who sells items should be, in theory, willing to accept a defective item and do an exchange. You've never taken anything back to a store because it was defective? Tell me which store you know of the MAKES the items the sell. This is true. OP, ignore the childish replies in the thread that don't understand the vendor's responsibility. If you can't repair the foot yourself using the technique given by posters above, then Amazon are obligated to deal with the defective item they sold you. Don't let it drop. Right. And what got me frustrated was the fact that one of the largest retailers (online or storefront, I don't care) has no exchange policy. I understand if they were out-of-stock, but the guy I spoke to told me there were plenty in stock, if I chose to order a new one.

Wow, I feel bad for OP, getting crapon by a bunch of people because a product he ordered was defective and the retailer seemingly has no obligation in fixing this? I see people complaining about a bent card on here all the time when it comes to amazon, but when I guy gets a genuinely defective product people gang up on him with outrageous insults

I was seriously just venting and looking to see if foot reversals are something that can be done.

Dude, just email Mattel and tell them, they'll probably give you a voucher. See how easy that would be instead of ****ing yourself over it? Breathe brother, breathe. Dude, I'm cool. I just wanna punch Amazon some. All I was looking for with my post was an answer to reversing the foot. I'm not out to do a whole refund/re-order hassle thing. Perhaps the title to this thread should be "How to swap out a reversed foot" instead of telling an online company "F" you and to eat a fat one. Just a thought. Also, myself, and several other friends and acquaintances have dealt with Amazon for years. For the handful of times we've had issues we have never had problems sending something back. I literally sent something back to them last month. Went online, went to their returns page, got free return shipping printed out and had until the 22 of this month to ship it back in any box I could find if not the one I got in the first place. I didn't even have to speak to someone from Amazon if I didn't want to. My new item was shipped out 2 days later and I had it by the end of the week. ZERO hassle. Can you access your Amazon account and get a return this way?

I will get the refund for this purchase in about a week. No exchanges.

Amazon usually offers pretty easy returns/replacements. Mankind is still in stock, so replacements can be sent. Call them back, or chat in, and you should have a replacement in less than 10 min.

I ordered wall mounted shelves for my PS4 and it arrived without the hardware to mount it. Went right to Amazon's return page and was done in 5 minutes.

I just spent a half an hour trying to explain to Harish that this is all I was looking to do. At one point during our talk, he tried to return my ENTIRE purchase, when all I wanted to do was send in the defective item and get a new one. At one point during the convo, I actually got frustrated enough to ask him to just send me a left foot/boot. That didn't fly.

If needed, ask for a transfer to a rep in the US.

Thread is dumb, foot question was not only answered on the first page before the title edit, but quoted and replied to by the OP.

Never had a problem getting mattel to fix anything for me. They always seem more than happy to help when I give them a ring.

As long as it's the correct parts just put on backwards like others said it's a very simple fix. Just heat the foot and it'll pop off the stem that connects it to the boot. Then pop it on the correct way. But as stated a very simple fix that you shouldn't have to do on a new toy, but it is easy enough to do that you don't have to deal with the headache you have been dealing with.

the only thing you could even remotely try to blame amazon for is the bent carding. And you opened them anyway. Plus these figs have been sitting for over a year so of course the carding is gonna be imperfect. Just stop. I have zero issue with the carding, but way to read way too much into my back story there. I was more frustrated by the fact that they weren't willing to replace a defective item they sold. My post was more looking for an answer to a simple question than it was trolling for sympathy for a bunch of smartass children. Wow these guys really are douches today lol. NO I'd of done the same thing, the least they could have done was referred you to Mattel rather than just telling you no. I've popped off a few heads and I was always leery about that myself, so Idek how I'd feel about a foot. Good luck dude! Don't take these internet badasses seriously
