JBL is the worse, and this is a perfect example of JBL's commentary. "Paul Heyman is the greatest manager to come from New York city since Clark Griffith did when he managed the New York Yankees from 1903 - 1908!" "The Uso's the best brother tag team, since Edge & Christian, Hardy Boys, Dudley Boys and Steve and Shaun Simpson!" "Luke Harper and Erik Rowan are big and tough! Not a team has big and tough has happened since Ron and I, and before that it was Brody and Hansen!" Just a lot of yelling, a lot of out dated references, and a lot of useless rambling. JBL can leave the commentary booth any time now. As least JBL is better than this guy:  I enjoyed Mongo during his announcer days on Nitro  |

Who's idea is it to put JBL, Michael Cole and Jerry Lawler at the announce table? Commentary is awful. All they do is argue half the time and it just looks ridiculous. I only like Lawler to be honest. honestly Lawer is the only one I don't like. He was amazing with JR, but his time has been over for a while. And I do mean that with respect. I actually think JBL and Cole have good chemistry and I believe that if they weren't being held back by the guys in the back they'd be quite respectable. Not amazing, but solid. But they are bogged down with too much control, having to pimp the app and network, and I think they are told to call the story more than the match. |

I think JBL would make an excellent manager, and if you got him out of the booth than you could replace him with Booker T. The best King and Cole have been in recent years was when Booker was with them. Booker on commentary is better than all 3 of those guys at this point. At least he tried to put over the talent and action in the ring, and tried to help tell the story. Cole/JBL/King taking  ing selfies while a match is happening is disrespectful to the talent, and not interesting to fans. They need to go. |

JBL is the only good one have him and Renee and Regal commentate that's the dream team or bring Punk back for commentary hha

For nostalgia purposes, I like Lawler. But his commentary is getting stale, but to be fair, so is everyone's in this day and age.

Renee Young isn't the greatest announcer everyone makes her out to be. She has her cringeworthy lines too. On this week's Superstars she called Sin Cara "one of the most well respected guys in the locker room" and said that the Gabriel/Cara series will determine who the best high flyer in the company is.

I'm a fan of the young NXT team right now of Tom Philips, and Bryron Saxton. They talk about the match, they sound enthused, and they don't plug much. Perfect world!

I don't know what happened tonight, but for whatever reason Byron Saxton has taken on the JBL style of just randomly arguing with the others for no reason. Tom/Renee (I forget which): "Charlotte looks stunned by Bayley!" Byron: "Does she really?!" I mean...what the hell? |

3 is just too many. Lawler has got to go now, as much as I love him. Lawler has been awkward ever since he lost his heel persona.
It's starting to sound like baseball commentary... just kind of ho-hum. JR really brought an un-matched emotional and captivating voice to the WWE. The action of the WWE just seems kind of routine now and JR used to make it feel like every night was important. Commentating can really make or break WWE.

We haven't really had any indication or rumor or anything to say that commentary is as micro-managed as it is on the main roster. I'd say it's more likely they wanted a heel-ish announcer, and this is what Saxton came up with because that's what he sees on the big shows. |

You think Renne will get that position one day? She very knowledgable about the product and a great talker. I read that Stephanie is very high on Renee and that she may be given a position on Raw sooner rather than later. I don't mind the current announce team though. JBL and Cole are good together. At this point, I don't think WWE would feel like WWE without the King. I don't want him to go anywhere. My favorite announce team (in today's wrestling world) is Kevin Kelly and Steve Corino though. |

As long Renee is not a full time commentator she is AWFUL (Even Grims Toy Show would be better) I can bear it however I will never choose any commentary over Taz & Cole or Taz & Styles
