Shang Tsung is a must have! I want a classic version from Storm from any of the first three games MK2 is my favorite game in the series so for most characters I want their MK2 look, the only exceptions are MK3 Jax, and MK1 Shang Tsung - I definetely want the old man version by far. Ideally packed with a Masked Guard. Not really bothered about other versions of Shang Tsung, though if they did a MK2 version packed with a Shadow Priest I would definetely buy multiples since they are really high on my wishlist. And if they did a flashback pre-MK1 Shang Tsung (from the MK1 mailaway comic) and packed it with The Great Kung Lao, that would get my money too. I'm really hoping Shang Tsung being a boss character would warrant Storm including a bonus figure, though I suppose they might go for his MK1 throne instead, which while certainly a cool idea would not be something I'd use personally. Shang is one of those characters where I would absolutely want an old man final boss version and a young version. I’m hoping with Liu Kang coming soon and Kano being announced, we’ll hear about Shang sooner than later. A bonus throne would be cool for an MK1 version, and I’d also love seeing translucent skulls for his projectiles. They have the skeletons already so it’d be easy. Hell, if they packed in a green “soul steal” skeleton like they did with Motaro, that’d be a highlight for me. |

Totally with you on MK2 being my favorite game overall, but wanting MK1 Shang Tsung the most. Storm's figures are amazing (although the MK3 ninjas look off), but there are several things that concern me. One, the lack of the female ninjas (despite being shown protos 5 years ago) has gotten comical at this point. Second, their turnaround time for a new figure is getting worse it feels like. Lastly (and this is obviously related to point number 2), I feel like they are spreading themselves really thin with all the new lines they are taking on. If they can just release the full roster of MK2, I'll be happy. |

So I recently got an MK diorama in and I figured this place is as good as any to share. A few things to note though... 1) This is a temporary spot for the diorama. This will be going into a ModuCase in about a year from now. 2) Related to number one... A couple other dios are bleeding in from the side. Unfortunately, that shelf JUST fits several dios of mine with pretty much no space to give. 3) The pics aren't great because the spot is kind of limiting. But once I get these in a ModuCase, it will be epic! Anyways... enjoy!  Dude, that's really cool! Who was the artist? They really made great use of a few MK stages from what I can see. |

 Anyone add guest characters to their line up? I've always loved a good cross over and luckily the McFarlane line scales close to NECA figures. Still would like to add Terminator, Robocop, Rambo, Kratos and Predator for sure. |

Isn’t McFarlane making the Mortal Kombat figures? I know he released the Mortal Kombat Joker. He’s making Mortal Kombat 11 figures. The Klassic figures are being made by Storm Collectibles. Night and day difference in quality… but of course price as well. |

Definitely regretting skipping out on the first Scorpion and Sub-Zero releases by McFarlane. Can't find the pair anywhere for a decent price. I shouldn't even be surprised they shot up that much but I remember seeing them everywhere!

I'm honestly surprised at how deep the McFarlane line is getting. I was thinking it would stop after the usual guys were made. |

They did a great job with Liu Kang. The figure looks MUCH nicer than the original prototype from a few years back, and the fact he still comes with the dragon makes this a must have. Can't wait for this one. If he doesn't have weapons, I've got an extra pair of movie TMNT Foot Ninja nunchakus he can rock.
