As 2014 is coming to end, so is the figures for 2014. Looking back, we had an awesome year of figures. So what would you say is the top 10 figs, and your reason behind it?

Id say the number 10 spot goes elite 29 goldust. This fig is nearly flawless, and is superb.
#9:
Basic 44 kane. Simple fig, but mattel nailed it. The elite legs made it that much better.
#8:
Wrestlemania 30 shawn michaels. This would've been much higher on the list if it didn't have the running change. I love this fig so much, I have 2 moc(one with hair and not), and 2 loose with stomach hair

Elite 30 Lod. Can't choose between the two, since they're a tag team. Great set, capturing their most defining look

Brown mankind. We've been seeing protos since last year, and finally got it. Pretty much flawless. I bought 4

Elite 28 bray wyatt. Really good fig, but didn't come with the follow the buzzards logo. Other than that, excellent fig

Elite 29 luke Harper. I love this fig. Everything is perfect, besides the arms. Maybe a little bigger, but it doesn't take away from the excellence overall.
#3:
Basic 37 Zeb colter. Phenomenal fig. Really loved it. I bought 2
#2:
Defining moments ric flair. The headscan can't get anymore accurate, and we got a cloth robe. Really loved it.
And #1 goes to:
Target rocky mavia. Spot on everywhere. Can't complain about anything about this fig

First one that came to mind was Rocky Maivia, rightfully taking it's place at number 1. Mattel did a great job.

2014 was the year that I got back into collecting wrestling figures (at least for WWE Mattel) and the six that brought me back in were The Shield and Wyatt Family. Anything outside of their Elites was just background this year for me, though there were some other good ones. Not sure why everyone loves Rocky Maivia-- it was a horrible gimmick so why would you want to be reminded of it is beyond me. "Brown Mankind" is kind of neat though.

10. Road Warrior Hawk- Glad we got red shoulder pads.
9. Road Warrior Animal- Again, awesome shoulder pads.
8. Rated R Exclusive Edge- Great Fig, bad headscan.
7. Brown Amazon Mankind- I don't even own it, but it's great.
6. WCW Rey Mysterio Flashback- Amazing figure. Plus the stand.
5. Big Van Vader- Didn't get the first one, glad I got this one.
4. Defining Moment Ric Flair- The Nature Boy! Whoooo!
3. Ringside Exclusive Rock- I really like this figure. And the ladder.
2. Elite 28 Bray Wyatt- Follow the buzzards.
1. 21-1 Streak Conquerer Brock Lesnar- This is basically a defining moment figure but with an elite packaging. Still can't believe Lesnar broke the streak.

No order but some of my favs were: Rikishi, all of the Wyatts elites, Elite Usos and battle pack Usos.

The guy wants to hear the reasons behind your picks, so lets give him that.
in no particular order:
-Elite Curtis Axel (finally the most underated superstar gets an elite, and since i only collect elites of current roster guys, hes gotta be there. great details and a shiny IC belt i needed came from him)
-Elite 30 Batista - enough said, just an amazing figure because of all of his tattoos painted to perfection
-Elite 31 Usos - they look amazing and i really like the attire, my favorite.
-Elite 28 Big Show (underated fig but in my top 5, was current attire for a long time, i like the outcome, the face, and the accessory)
-Elite 28 Bray Wyatt (most common attire perfect head sculpt, very fun figure, great accessories much needed entrance gear)
-Elite 29 Harper and Rowan (awesome work by mattel, great accessories)
-2nd Wave of Elite Shield (again the outcome looks perfect to me)
-I will have to add dm flair even though hes not current.
-RSC Edge (looks better in person that in site, he has everything an exclusive needs, favorite all time wrestler)
-Basic 44 Kane, Basic 38 Jericho , Basic 44 Titus, BP30 RTruth, B40 Khali (Basics that just look awesome and i ended up buying them even though i hate basics
-EVA MARIE IS NUMBER 1!
i know i mentioned more than 10 but god, what a year, awesome work by mattel design team. im really impressed. such a difference from jakks ruthless and deluxe aggression. the likeness is unbelieveable , everybody has unique body mold , they look different from each other

1. Elite Luke Harper, just nailed it overall 2. Elite Bray wyatt, has an awesome scan and great accessories 3. Basic 44 Kane, head scan is scary good 4. Heath Slater basic, so good that I wish it was elite 5. Defining moments Flair, love the head sculpt, robe and blue attire 6. Red L.O.D, just perfect overall 7. Elite Curtis Axel, love the attire and torso mold 8. Battle packs 32 NAO, don't have them yet but I know I'm going to love them 9. Elite 33 Bluetista, don't have him either but love what I've seen 10. Basic jack swagger, perfect head scan and new torso mold And if defining moments Hulk Hogan comes out between now and December 31st, he'll default to my number 1  |
