We've been hearing at least 1 or 2 names a week for the last month to say we haven't learned anything is really not true. Names don't mean much when there's no product to show. They can tell me they've signed all these names and then show off a bunch of figures that have the quality of naked Mark Henry, and I'm not going to get excited about the line.  (I know the figures are almost assuredly to be better than that, I'm just using that as a worst-case scenario). Also, every new character announcement gets met with 15 guys replying with "that's nice but I want more Legends announced" or "I'd rather see X first." What does that add to the discussion? (Don't give me, "we're on a message board blah blah blah," honestly). I have that figure signed by Mark. After he signed it, he looked at it and said WTF....wheres my clothes?  |

As most of us know....it was reported that WWE was working on a deal with EVOLVE in an effort to make that company THE indy fed to go to if an indy worker wants to "make it" to WWE. (this would discourage indy wrestlers from going to TNA/ROH/Lucha Underground). WWE is also telling those indy talents that go through tryouts not to sign merchandising deals with other companies (action figures, prowrestlingtees). It was just reported on one of the major wrestling sites that Chris Hero is returning to EVOLVE, and will be working ALL of the summer events. Damn you WWE. Looks as if these threats to indy guys might really hurt the Indy figure line we have all been looking forward to. Due to WWE's monopoly and greed. And people wonder why i'd like to see WWE go out of business.

Because it doesn't look like WWE wants them back anytime soon I think the fear is more on guys like Gargano getting a deal before signing. WWE might try to play hardball with some guys but there are a lot of guys out there that can make a decent lineup not to mention if the company keeps this going more indy guys will be rising to the level of Hero etc. I'd be happy with some guys like Team Tremendous, Zack Sabre Jr., Andrew Everett, Trevor Lee in a 2nd indy wave. |

The company did another podcast where they said the goal is for the ROH line to hit either September or October, which means pre-orders can't be too far away. Fingers crossed!

And it was terrible, made far into the RA era, Jakks just cheaped out and reused the old TTL Tazz head on a random TTL body with a fat rubber shirt. Soon after Tazz complained, Jakks did the exclusive Classic Superstars version of Tazz which was RA style and pretty good, apart from the caucasian skintone. |

Calm your jets down, Sparky. He was just joking about it. I think that'd be a pretty damn good line up for series 2 but do you think they might wait on Jay Lethal since he had a TNA figure? Didn't they say they wanted completely fresh faces at first? Who asked for you to get involved? Salty much? Grow up and quit taking the internet so seriously. Saw a review of their Batman 1966 line and I know this line has nothing to do with Mego but after seeing the video I was amazed by how well detailed the clothing accessories were on those figures it's just very cool IMO, seeing that gives me high hopes on the clothing accessories that are going to be on these figures.

Just keep putting your foot further into your mouth. You're making yourself look ridiculous and absolutely unprofessional. In other news does anyone think they will make a Corino ? Would it be on the ROH side or the legends series side? Either way I think a proper King Of Oldschool is long over due in my opinion. I wouldn't mind a 2001 throwback! Or even a SCUM attire from 2012. I also would hope we get a Jerry Lynn out of this whole series deal. |

I always have wanted a Jushin Liger ruthless figure so it'd be amazing to see a NJPW deal. I really think I'd be in figure heaven if it were to even happen. Imagine a legends NJPW line? KOBASHIIIII!!!! |
