Hello Chris,
Would you be able to elaborate more in terms of how many figures per set will be included in the Rising Stars and Legends line? We know the ROH line will have 4, what about the others?
You hit on getting the NWA license to create the World title replica belt, will it be possible to see this convert into a figure belt one day and possibly the start of other NWA belts like the Tag and U.S?
As far as the ROH figure belts are concerned, will we see them detailed with paint apps or will they be a solid gold like the JAKKS belts.
Lastly, Will we one day see retro ROH figure belts like the original ROH title that Joe held or even the PURE title?

In regards to the reveal, the teaser is from an actual completed ROH figure. As for who it is, you'll just have to stay tuned.
Right now the plan is to break the Rising Stars series up into waves of 4, a la ROH. The Legends right now will have the 5 stars we've announced, though we are in the process of negotiating with another Legend as well. If that becomes official, the Legends will be a wave of 6.
NWA figure belts are a definite possibility. Right now the focus is on the replica deal, however.
ROH belts at this point will be solid gold. There is potential for "old school" ROH figure belts, just as there is for actual replicas. I have not gotten a confirmation on it, but having detailed ROH figure belts was a suggestion made for future availability, so that aspect is not lost on us.

Those are definitely a set of kick pad styled Jakks boots in the teaser photo, so going to say that's a Steen figure. So excited that we are getting closer to the launch of this set. Thanks to FTC Chris for your willingness to contribute to this discussion as well. Now bring these figures out and take my money!

I have a question about the replica NWA Titles. Will these have a deeper engraved plate style similar to the ROH belts? Like a New-Gen style? Are there any belts planned other than a World and Tag Team? Also, Could we see the 2012 versions of the ROH World/TV/Tag Replica titles? |
