That was great back during the Attitude Era when he hit Stone Cold with a car for the Rock.

I liked his HIAC bump. I'm sure a straight back bump from that height was scary as . Also his cage splash to Val. Otherwise, meh.

Why does the WWE now spoil their own surprises? Just coming here to post about being annoyed with inductees being spoiled. I like Rikishi and while he may not be most the decorated HOFer, he's been around for a long time and is still liked to this day by fans. So I'm cool with this. They ain't topping Mach this year though.

I would have marked out if they had decided to induct the Headshrinkers.

Clearly a few of you didn't watch or weren't even born before the Attitude Era....
And even then, Rikishi was one of the most over guys in WWF between 99-00 before the terrible heel turn. And was a main eventer too.

How is he getting in before Vader? I was thinking the same thing! Even Rikishi before Rick Rude, Vader, ect.

Ughhh.... He so doesn't deserve to be in HOF. Who is more worthy Koko Beware or Rikishi lol Ken Shamrock deserves to be in HOF before Rikishi.

I put him in the Koko B Ware catagory. Mid carder who had a decent career. That's just WWE filling out the card.

This is great news. Well deserved actually.
People don't realize Rikishi was in the WWE from 1992-2004. Multiple championships and always one of the guys you'd recognize. The Hall of Fame is not just for 15x world champions.

(Ground breaking) 1998 King of the Ring Winner 1X IC Champion 1X Tag Team Champion Rikishi 2X Tag Team Champ (Headshrinkers) 1X Tag Champ (Scott Too Hotty) 1X IC Champ I think Ken Shamrock has the better resume' and he was their for a much shorter time.

Ken Shamrock was around for about three years. Rikishi was far more over than he ever was and was an incredibly consistent part of the company for 10+ years. Koko B. Ware is in, Rikishi can be in. Granted, I'm not a big fan, but still.

And what did he do that warrant a Hall of Fame induction? I like Kish but come on. He was a pretty solid midcarder/tag guy there for about a decade, and had a nice little run during that time as one of the most popular acts during the boom period. Hell, if it wasn't for Shawn and Razor going long in the ladder match, Rikishi would have been the only guy besides HBK to wrestle at Mania X and XX.

I'm fine with this. He did just as much in the business as Bob Orton, Koko B. Ware, Junkyard Dog, Jim Duggan, and Tito Santana did and they are all in. I mean were any of those guys anything more than midcarders in the WWF? I think Jim Duggan and Rikishi have very comparable careers except Rikishi was actually in main events and was around longer
