For the record (not that anyone cares what I think) I'm not a fan of Appreciation threads. No matter whom it's for. They flood up the front page and gives people an excuse to spam. The Bayley one remains open because it's been here for a very long time. Long before I became the WWE mod. And the Eva one is there so those that hated Bayley's thread could talk about Eva. It's almost a compromise of sorts. Personally, I'd be okay if both were locked and no more were allowed. Only to keep it fair to those that may not be a fan of either. But I also understand these threads are very popular. So for now, they both will stay opened. But we will try to keep it to only two for now. To those that have made appreciation threads for other women only to have them locked or merged, please understand it was only to prevent the whole front page from becoming an appreciation thread after appreciation thread. It's nothing personal. And to all those who hate Bayley, and feel the need to remind everyone, please don't. Just stay away. Let those that are fans have their thread... Please. I think this thread is best suited for the banter board, in my opinion. |

There's literally no trouble in here. 1) Not everyone is a Bayley or Eva fan. Some like Becky. Some like Sasha. Some like Alexa. If we are gonna allow Bayley & Eva to have a thread, then it's not fair to stop others for having threads for their favorites. If we allowed that, the whole WWE board would be filled with Appreciation Threads. 2) There has been problems is here and in the Eva thread. I delete them on a fairly regular basis. Sometimes I delete posts seconds after they were posted to prevent fights from breaking out. Just cause you don't see it doesn't mean it's not there. 3) These threads have become spam central. Which is against the rules. By moving it to banter we are preventing anyone for getting in trouble for spamming. Now you can knock yourself out. 4) People complain about these threads all the time. Just because you don't know it doesn't mean it's not happening. 5) Mods & Admins all agreed that these should be moved. So I'm not sure why you think you demanding anything has any bearing on this decision. 6) When you become WWE mod you can let people tell you how to run the board. For now, I got this covered, thanks. 7) The only thread that got moved that there was no problems in is the "Tis the Season" thread. Half naked women seem to stop all the fighting. |
