So, I was just checking out some pictures of E35 Earthquake, and as nice as the attire and headscan look, I really don't think Mattel have done his size justice. I'm stealing Nivro™'s pictures from his thread: I hate to be "that guy" who complains instantly, but does anybody else agree? I just think he looks too slim. Earthquake was huge.

He's just a little skinnier then he should be. Not by much, but he could be a little bigger. Then again most Mattel figures are a little skinnier then they should be.

Yes and I said it too in the other thread, he looks in good shape here in comparison to the morbidly obese physique in real life lol

heres a decent comparison , how does he look next to a Legends Bundy? they had similar molds.... or even Legends Dusty... but yes he does look a tad slim. espec in the pic with Hogan

compare it to JAKKS, and come back to us in the morning Or compare it to the real thing, they are supposed to be to scale or am I missing something The jakks one is closer to the actual size scale

compare it to JAKKS, and come back to us in the morning Jakks' version was way too fat, just like most of their super-heavyweights (Yoko, Vader.) Mattel have normally knocked all of their larger wrestlers out of the park, but I feel that Quake is just too slim.

Although I did see a pic of him doing what looked like running so I was surprised a little

Took a tape measure and measured the thickest part of the waist around him and King Kong Bundy (they're 10lbs apart) and Quake is just slightly bigger then Bundy. Measured Kamala as well, who's listed at 380lbs and Quake is bigger then him

Unless it's just deceiving in the pics I think it just has more to do with Mattel developing more/better molds to do their figures in. At the time Kamala was made the Dusty mold was the only fat guy mold. We later got the Andre/Bundy mold and now a singlet mold. The older figures will probably be slightly more out of scale then the newer ones but to me, its not enough to worry about.

If Bundy was bigger , than it wouldve been a complete bomb.

Yokozuna, Earthquake, Typhoon, Vader, Rikishi and Bundy all getting the same mold. Yet their weights went from 600ish, 468lbs, 384lbs, 450lbs, 425lbs and 458lbs Those might have worked had Yoko and Typhoon not gotten the same molds as they were both 100lbs lighter and nearly 150lbs heavier then others.

Omg. This earthquake figure is so awesome! And yes, it could be fatter and that could make it a little better

His weight fluctuated. He was not happy before he died with how large jakks made him. The legs on this are too big but still a good fig
