Does anyone find it weird how the commentary stopped at the end? The hell was that for?

Battleground finished with no final ring bell, therefore making Lesnar vs Rollins the longest match in history

Did anyone expect a decisive finish ? Obviously Brock can't win the belt again so soon on a part time schedule. And I been saying for weeks that whoever his Summerslam opponent will be will screw him out of the match. After long thought and analysis, I couldn't think of a better option than Taker. It's not like either one will be there on the raw after, or for months after. They have a long story that isn't finished. It can finally end at Summerslam

Watching Owens tap to Cena tonight was fantastic. I could watch that over and over again. Overall the show was watchable. I'll refrain from posting most of my thoughts because they go against the 'anything that is/was in NXT is the greatest ever' mindset.
Taker though.... oh dear. I don't know why Brock was even phased by him when he showed up. Lesnar should have laughed in his face considering he already wrecked him on Taker's biggest stage, or just laughed in his face simply for how he looked. Anyhow, sorry Brock, that's what you get for messing up his little brother's ankle. That's why Taker was there right? Right?

Undertaker returning was awesome. The only people hating on his return are a bunch of tweeners.

Battleground finished with no final ring bell, therefore making Lesnar vs Rollins the longest match in history Ed Lewis vs Joe Stecher for the world's title circa 1932 holds the record at 5 hours & 30 minutes, then two indy wrestlers went almost twelve hours on YouTube, & according to that Logic, Curtis Axel's record will only be broken if someone enters the rumble, exits before being eliminated, & proceeds to not die before Joe Hennig does.

Not one match truly delivered IMO....
Bad show....the booking of Cena/Owens was so dumb, as was the booking of Lesnar/Rollins.
Bad show all around.
My girls Sasha and Charlotte were EASILY the best part of the show.

Overall it was a solid PPV but I don't understand why you would have Owens kick out of 3 AA's just to tap out. Surely they cant stretch this out til Summerslam, not sure where it leaves Owens now. Undertaker returning was cool but a tad nonsensical, he was easily beaten but Lesnar seemed terrified and if Taker was wanting revenge why did he not take it at Mania this year. They'll probably make it so he's avenging Kane.

Thoughts after waking up:
As much as I like Cena, Owens needed that win last to maintain any credibility.
I'm a huge Taker mark.. but what even was that?

I'm gutted that I saw the rumours of Undertaker's appearance as it would have been so unexpected and a huge surprise. However, I'm completely against the idea of seeing Brock Lesnar vs Undertaker. There is literally no need for this to happen. The only reason it is happening, is because they went cold on the idea of having Lesnar vs Reigns II with Sheamus cashing in, so have called in Taker as Plan B. Lesnar is the hottest babyface around at the moment.
I'm baffled as to why Lesnar would get possibly the strongest push in history over the past 2 years, ending Undertaker's streak, only for two years later just to lose to the Undertaker again anyway. The only way this could have a positive outcome in terms of future planning, would be for Lesnar to go and beat Taker again, and this time decimate him so that he can't come back again, effectively retiring him. Then he can get entered into the Hall of Fame for next years Wrestlemania. What a shocking and chilling end to Summerslam that would be. The only other viable way this makes sense is if Sting gets involved setting up Sting vs Undertaker at Wrestlemania, that way Undertaker has publicly acknowledged the Streak ending, and we get the Match most people want.
If Lesnar does go and lose though, the Beast and everything they have built him up to be is no more, and he goes back to being the non special attraction standard Lesnar that lost to Triple H and Cena. Even kayfabe wise though, it makes no sense for Taker to lose clean at Wrestlemania, and two years later be able to just beat Lesnar clean at Summerslam. Lesnar is at his absolute peak, and Taker is even worse off than he was back at Wrestlemania XXX. Realistically, he could even have 'avenged his loss' last year and had the Rematch against Brock Lesnar when he was then Champion. If they even begin to make this about Kane it will be rediculous. This is going to kill all momentum Lesnar has had as a babyface since returning 6 weeks ago too. It just makes no sense.

I'll give WWE this, though.
Lesnar/Reigns was the SummerSlam main event that the dirt sheets were originally reporting. I hated the idea of that match at WrestleMania, but now, I really wish that's what they were going for.

Reigns being ing detested for 3 months was the best thing for his career because it forced him to get better so people wouldn't hate him so much. Look at him now. I'd say he's one of the more popular guys on the whole roster.

Undertaker returning was cool but a tad nonsensical, he was easily beaten but Lesnar seemed terrified and if Taker was wanting revenge why did he not take it at Mania this year. ...or even at SummerSlam last year - that would have probably made more sense (...where Brock - like this time - was going for the title). And seeing as Brock is a babyface now, is this the start of an Undertaker heel-turn? I hope they explain things tonight - I'm a HUGE Undertaker mark, but this return has me scratching my head, lol.
