The funnest figures to play with are the BCA's. RA and CS were NEVER fun for me. I would love to do a legends line in BCA.
BCA started in 1996 and went to around late 99 I think.
I would love to see them go backwards. Do some of 1995 on down.
Hell I would take ANY BCA they do of different wrestlers.

Dont get your hopes too high folks. The jakks figures for Asia will probably be dollar store quality stuff.

I'm really a "why not both" kind of guy. Pound for pound Jakks would win on scans and Mattel on bodies and diversity of molds. But I enjoy and have large collections of both. I have figures that both companies made of the same attire even and find it fascinating and fun.
I doubt Jakks will be producing more Ruthless figures, it is more likely that they will make products of things that Mattel has passed on as the master license holder.
And if that meant BCAs, well, I'd be all over that. Holy crap that would be fun. Imagine a Seth Rollins or Bray Wyatt or Sting BCA. One can dream, eh?
