So Kane was stretchered into the ambulance in his suit and less than a minute later he gets out in his demon form but my question is how did he do it so fast?
His attire was obviously under his suit but then he had to remove it and apply his glove, boots, mask and eye paint aswell.
I know Kane is a superman in the business is it even possible to change your attire that quick? |

It was probably a combination of a pretape and then using that time to change his gear while the tape was playing.

Also was probably wearing all his gear under his suit. But he still had remove his suit and then put on his glove, boots, mask and paint. That would've taken longer than the short time he was in the ambulance. |

It was pretty fast huh? He even had the dark red paint around his eyes.
Like mentioned above though, all the backstage stuff was probably pre-recorded, and he made the change very fast while it played.

He had his boots on... check the footage when Seth attacks him. He had it all on. Tossed on paint, mask then his glove... done...

I will say this while we are on the topic, I thought it was dumb to have Kane come out of the ambulance after being carted away. They should have had the ambulance drive off and then the lights go out and Kane appears in the ring with Rollins. Yeah we all know Corporate Kane and Demon Kane are one in the same but I dont think they should actually be telling you. Kane should just be denying it fully and then the Demon comes out at certain points.

The segment went on for way to long, he probably had enough time to grab Starbucks if he wanted to.
God damn I hate them trying to fill three hours.

I understand how they're trying to create this whole dual identity with Kane magically appearing. To me though, it would have been a lot more badass and gritty if Corporate Kane after taking the beat down, just sprang up off the stretcher in his disheveled suit and took down Seth as Demon Kane-no costume or mask, just fully in his Demon Kane state of mind in his corporate clothes. Then maybe he could have ripped off the suit jacket and shirt revealing his Kane costume after which doing his ring post fire routine.....that could be the end of this whole split personality thing, killing off Corporate Kane for good as we go into they're title match....the whole supernatural powers thing with him just appearing out of thin air always comes off way too cornball to me.

 Seriously though, a fake Kane should have somehow come up from under the ring, using the old mask that covers his face entirely, as Corporate Kane hobbled up the ramp. That's mind games!! |

It was likely prerecorded. He already had his wrestling gear on. You could always tell during the corporate reign when he'd get physical because he wore the large shiny wrestling boots instead of the dress shoes. Last night he had all the gear on underneath, you could clearly see that. All he had to do was quickly have makeup apply the face paint around the eyes, then slap on the glove, pads and mask. He clearly rushed because he was still adjusting his straps in the entrance and the mask was sitting a bit too high on his face. Such an awesome segment though.

I thought it was fairly obvious that it was pre-taped. They didn't show his face when he was getting stretchered into the ambulance either.

I'm not convinced it was pretaped. I also noticed he had his wrestling boots on under the suit pants. So naturally I thought he could easily take the shirt & pants off in the ambulance, with the singlet/tights underneath. Then he could just smear a little eye black on, put his mask and glove on and roll out like a badass in about 30 seconds or more.
Whatever it was, it was decent, so I'm not bothered about looking into it much.
