I hope so because I think he's really good and it would be nice to have a (Fully) African American Champion.I wanna see more diversity for WWE Champions so everyone can have someone represent each culture because the talent is out there and each culture should have the chance to shine.I wanna see Blacks,Latinos,Chinese, etc all represent that belt because this is called the WWE WORLD HEAVYWEIGHT CHAMPIONSHIP.

no because the next guy is Roman Reigns. there's nobody else and everyone else is going to be worse off because of it.
the WWE is going to WASTE careers of guys like Rollins, Owens, Crews, Balor....sure they'll have some title reigns, they MIGHT end up being big players...but they'll never be "the guy" because that guy has already been hand picked and forced on the fanbase whether we like it or not

From what I have seen of him I don't see anything special in him at all. He would probably make a great IC Champion or US Champion, but I don't see him being WWE World Champion. Now Finn Balor on the other hand.... he could be WWE World Champion in time. He has the look, the star power, the charisma, he is like a Jeff Hardy with the paint that he uses, and kids love that stuff. I 100% agree with you, Finn Balor has what all it takes to be the top guy of WWE. My only worries is creative ruining him.

The guy oozes with talent. In the future, I don't think there's gonna be a clearly defined "guy", but he'll definitely be a major contender for the world title if all the cards fall in the right place.

I only pray that putting the title on Reigns at Survivor Series and his subsequent reign is a total and colossal failure. Not that I wish career failure on the guy. I think he's the wrong choice for sure, but I don't hate him or anything. However, if the current scenario of all your 'go to guys' main eventers being out with injury proves anything, it's that the concept of one or two main names and a host of other wrestlers who are only there to make the one or two main guys look good is a terrible idea. WWE does not need another John Cena. They need to take a cure from the Attitude and Ruthless Aggression eras and have ten or so guys who are all ready and believable as main eventers. But, back on topic. If it were me, I'd say "Hell Yes" to Apollo Crews (I'd say the same about Kevin Owens, Sami Zayn, Samoa Joe, Finn Balor, Hideo Itami, Neville, and Tyler Breeze as well). Crews has everything you want in a superstar and if there's anyone in WWE not named Finn Balor or Kevin Owens that WWE should absolutely strap a flippin' rocket to his back and ride him to the top, it's Apollo Crews.

Vince will put him over right before he leaves just to help his own legacy. I'd say it's a guarantee with HHH in charge but then again I thought it was a guarantee with Booker T and we all know what HHH did to him.

Between Rollins, Reigns, Ambrose, Wyatt, Owens, Balor, Crews I think your absolutely right about there being no defined main "guy". The future looks bright as .

Vince isn't leaving till the day he dies Its gonna be kinda hard to put someone over before you leave if your dead

Looks like a mini Lashley, all his moves looks highly scripted and forced charisma. The guy is destined for the midcard. I'd take Woods over him.

He's definitely got the talent, not sure if he will be "the guy", but his career is looking promising.

I like him. Great charisma and look.
Just would give him a more impactful finisher instead of the Gorilla Press/standing Moonsault finisher that he uses all the time. Just wouldn't look good in Championship matches. People like to see iconic moves and that's not it. Works great as a signature combo - like Cena's Spin-out side Powerbomb/5 Knuckle Shuffle.
Also a submission finisher would serve him well as a secondary.

This 6,000% I hate the idea of a "Face of WWE", could you imagine the entire Attitude Era World Title matches being Austin vs whoever, Rock vs whoever, Triple H vs whoever? Would've been god awful. They have plenty of guys for the main event scene, who if not feuding for the World Title, can still easily be featured in higher programs with other main event or mid card players.

Meh he needs more personality, the over greatful for being in WWE thing just bores me. Yeah fair enough be happy to be in WWE, but you dont need to make that your "thing" its not entertaining.

He's great - loved him as Uhaa but on NXT... he's boring! What's his character? He can't just be nice guy who is quite athletic, it's weak and he'll suffer if they bring him up without that fully fledged character depth. He needs to be in a tag team or have some friends who turn on him - make him look vulnerable and unearth the beast in him that people can get behind as a face

I won't believe WWE putting THE title on a full blooded black man until I see it.
And I mean a real black guy. Not half black. Not a third black.
Why they have never had one is beyond me. I know Rock is part black blah blah and Booker was WHC, but I mean THE WWE title on a black man. I honestly won't believe it until I see it.

I dunno. We'll see.
Not sure why this has to turn into a discussion about race either.

Not if Vince and his main roster crew get their hands on him.
Also see Finn Balor.

Sure, I see potential there. Until Vince puts him in a Saba Simba costume and has HHH run him down as "people like you" and ends up having him rap, shuck, and jive with R-Truth.
