As many of you know, 2015 has been a huge year for me. I finally moved out of my parents house after thirty years of living with them. I didn't just move across town but rather two states away. I married the love of my life and best friend on October 10th.
It didn't seem like it could get any better, but at the end of last week we discovered that my wife is pregnant with our first child. This would be huge for anyone, but for someone like me who at the start of 2014, had began to prepare myself to never get married or be a parent, it's monumental.
I can't even describe how I feel. In some ways it's made me love my wife even more than I already did. It's an amazing feeling knowing that the woman you love is carrying your child.
We don't know the sex yet, of course... so we've been referring to the baby as "Nemo" Lol
I just wanted to share my excitement with you all!

Much congrats, I recently moved and got married too...not really ready for that third thing yet.
Are you guys going to wait to find out the sex? Or do you want to know right away? My best friend and his wife will find out in couple weeks when their baby is born.

Congrats, being a father is the best thing you can do in life. I suggest you watch some videos on youtube, I did. The videos show how big your baby is during each week of pregnancy, and what developments occur during those weeks. |
