Why does the WWE love Sheamus and Del Rio?

Both guys are unique in their own ways. Del Rio is a good worker with a strong character. He needs to be a heel cuz he doesnt work as a face. The Mexican aristocrat with Ricardo was his best. Then you have Sheamus, who when he first came to WWE was awesome. Decent worker, very unique look, worked hard. Then became stale and lazy. Since his last babyface run to now....he just goes through the motions. Nothing special. His promos are boring. His look remains even more unique, but it also looks stupid. No really....it does. But he is still unique.
