Anyone else think we won't see anymore 4 packs past the Heenan Family? Every Target I've been to is loaded with the Four Horseman at least 8 or more and I can only imagine that once stores do get in a good batch of the Heenan Family they will warm as well. I honestly can't see the 4 pack experiment lasting much longer and would be more shocked if there are anymore 4 packs after this. What do you think?

Yeah they are probably finished. While it's a good value for 4 elites for 40$, kids just don't know who the hell the four horsemen are or care. They need to do like a DX or maybe a hart foundation where kids and adults will care enough

I've bought 2 Horseman and just found 1 Heenan Family yesterday. If they are the only 2 released so be it, I'm just happy they released them in the 1st place.
Edit: people also have to remember that the figures that warm the shelves vary by location. I've be to states where the current guys sit forever and the flashbacks sell out instantly and vice versa.

Great concept, crapexecution
Plain figures of guys kids dont know about dont sell great. These sets appeal to the same guys who wanted jyd and tito santana...and i can get 20 of either within 20 minutes of home.
Hard to think of 4 guys that would sell and could fit into that budget

The Four Horsemen and the Heenan Family are essentially a 4 pack of heels. In what other toy line do you see a 4 pack of villains?? I think a 4 pack of Triple H, Kevin Owens, Kalisto, and Charlotte would sell better than the Stables of the 80s. Yes, that was a Championship Title Belt reference. Now if the Four Horsemen came with the NWA / WCW World Championship Title Belt, the NWA / WCW United States Championship Title Belt, and 2 of the NWA / WCW World Tag Team Championship Title Belts, that's a different story. Now if the Heenan Family came with the WWE World Heavyweight Championship Title Belt (the Andre 87 version, of course), the Intercontinental Championship Title Belt, and the $15,000 Body Slam Challenge bag, that's a different story.
If the 4 pack was the Defining Moments line instead of the Hall of Fame line, I think it would sell really well and really fast. Imagine a 4 pack with Ric Flair, Hulk Hogan, Razor Ramon, and "Red, White, and Blue" Sting, complete with their respective accessories. How about "Black and White" Sting, Undertaker, Stone Cold Steve Austin, and whoever the next Defining Moments figure is (who is the next Defining Moments figure after the second Sting??).

I think the Heenan family would sell ok if it got the chance. I don't see how all these horsemen sets sell.

It isn't the 4pk it is the figures included. One Andre is enough per home so I passed. While at the $50 local price here and my kids would have to Google 3 out of 4 doesn't inspire confidence that playing with them will happen.
They would love more desirable 4 pk figures for sure. Save the ones currently for internet exclusives imo, and start cranking out 4 pks of people on TV so kids will want them instead of adults if selling at target.

Just changing the name could bring better things. the nation could be made instead of the 2 pack we could of gotten Kama, Henry, Farooq, and Rock which i think would of really sold well. |

There are so many Horsemen sets by me, I honestly think I'm going to have to buy the Heenan Family off eBay. I haven't even seen HoF 3 in my area and the inventory tracker hasn't changed since December.
The funny thing is that I remember using the tracker to hunt down the horsemen set and asking an employee to get me one from the back. I thought it was so cool and I thought they would be so hard to find because everyone would want Tully and Arn.
Between the Horsemen warming the shelves, JYD and Tito not going anywhere and all the returned Yokozunas and Paiges who seem to have Jakks belts, I don't think we'll be getting any new stuff til Xmas.

Yeah I can't imagine they'll continue with HOF 4. Maybe a 2-pack would work though with the right guys (Razor/HBK, Sting/Foley, Edge/Booker T).

It's a good value product for hardcore collectors, but really there just aren't enough people interested in the old guys to make it worthwhile. And not many parents are going to spend that money on getting their kid a bunch of wrestlers who they don't even know.

My local Target seems like they just put out some more Horsemen 4-packs. It's really depressing to see 13 of them, blocking the Heenan Family from appearing.
