Hah. Comparing grado to Owens. Not a chance. Theyre both fat and should be wrestling in the indies 1) Grado does wrestle on the indies. 2) Is your stance that if you're overweight, you shouldn't succeed in wrestling? Regardless of how talented one can be without possessing an appealing physique?

Grado had one of the coolest moments in all of wrestling last year when he won the ICW Championship. He's over big time in the UK. The fact that Grado manages to get audiences of grown men to proudly sing "Like a Prayer" at the top of their lungs is a testament to what he means to UK wrestling at the moment. If you don't like him and don't find him to be funny, that's fine. But it's been proven that Grado can be a valuable asset. Then he can go be an asset across the pond.

Just a friendly reminder that Grado & Drew Galloway had the biggest UK wrestling match in years, attendance wise. You don't have to like Grado (I personally do), but he is the biggest draw in UK wrestling, so there is value in him still being around in TNA. Are you sure it wasn't Drew that was the draw? Yes, it was primarily Grado. Grado was the key in exploding the popularity of the ICW promotion and he has done quite a bit of mainstream TV, he's by far the biggest name in UK wrestling. Drew has done very well since he's left WWE though. Between them, the biggest UK promotion crowd in decades is a big deal.

Did Grado pay each person there $500 to cheer for him like that? It was the same prancing he uses on TNA to no reaction getting to the ring. The footage rivals a Daniel Bryan entrance.

Must be a UK thing to like Grado.
He reminds me of someones mentally handicapped brother who wants to just fulfill his dream for one night and get inside a wrestling ring and be a wrestler.
But apparently guys like Eli Drake and Grado are more suited for TNA than Alex Shelley, Chris Sabin, Kazarian and Daniels.

Obviously Dixie got hit in the head pretty hard to make that call.

I guess Grado's appeal dosn't really translate to American audiences. I became a fan of him after watching the BBC documentary 'Insane Fight Club', he's just a really cool dude just doing what he enjoys for a living.

Man I love GRADO and COLT CABANA. If you followed GRADO from the beginning I think you'd take a liking to him.

He's basically the answer to what would happen if Patton Oswalt trained and became a pro wrestler.

I'm from the UK and I can't stand Grado, not a fan of Colt Cabana either to be honest.

I'm Scottish and see him as nothing more than a comedy wrestler. I guess I like him but I honestly don't find him funny whatsoever. There's no way I could ever take him seriously as a wrestler. He's been on a few TV shows over here and it's some of the unfunniest garbage I've ever seen in my life. He's also doing a stand up comedy show next week at The King's theatre in Glasgow, I can only imagine how unfunny that's going to be. His "material" is absolutely awful, he just comes off as that class clown that tries too hard to be funny who you just wish would shut the up because they're irritating as hell. The Americans that find him funny probably do so because they can't understand a word he's saying.

Grado is awesome
The pop when he won the title at fear and loathing VIII was one of the craziest pops I've ever seen
Also love how he came out more serious and with a new theme and look for his first title defense against chris renfew at the barrowlands
