I rode 10 miles on the exercise bike last night. I'm really committed to riding it every day until I drop this extra weight I gained. I'm cutting back on my portions too.

Trying to look like Brock who’s with it Unless you are giving up everything else in your life, i wouldnt bother, he'll be in the gym 3 or 4 times a day, consuming 4 or 5000 calories a day, or more maybe, its a dedication very few could ever match, to weigh over 20 stone and not have an ounce of fat is incredible, good luck

Does anyone have any body weight cardio workouts/routines/circuits? I don't think I'm ever gonna bother getting my treadmill fixed and I don't want to do the plyometric from P90x all the time.

did another chest/triceps day at the gym. pushed it a bit harder. the side I got surgery on is still a bit sore but I’m trying to be careful. I think I’ll have to focus on building my core a lot more.
now today I eat! lol
protein shakes are looking like this:
Two scoops of hemp protein 1% local organic milk local honey - spoonful Organic peanut butter - two spoonfuls Grounded oats - quarter of a cup
you can literally feel them doing what they’re supposed to - energy levels from good fats and complex carbs, protein to reup, natural sugars.

Took part in my 2nd Great North Run today. Thought I had a decent chance of hitting a PB but it was quite hot today so I ended up with an OK time of 1:45.00

I've lost 11 pounds in the past 10 days. Black coffee helps dieting. Drinking it when hungry lessens your appetite.

I've been dieting all month and lost 15 pounds. I know I look better as my gut is a shadow of what it once was, but don't necessarily feel better. I have been eating a clean diet of meats, vegetables, whole grains and healthy fats. I'm thinking about switching to a calorie controlled diet where I can eat anything I want. I might feel better on that.

Not really enjoying life at the moment.

Not really enjoying life at the moment. okay, well hopefully that starts turning around for you. depression is often linked to our eating habits, and if you were using food as an escape before then I can see why you’re currently not feeling that great. you’ve made the first big step with the diet change. what are you doing for exercise? if we don’t replace the sugars and fats with a healthy addiction, we risk falling back into our old habits.

Eating more carbs today (Brown bread). Feel good. Exercise wise I'm just doing a full body workout every other day at home. Push ups, squats and dumbbell exercises.

Lost 17 pounds so far. Obviously weight loss is slowing down now as I've been dieting for around a month. Might try some running tomorrow.

Been in such a funk last few weeks. Dread going to the gym. Wake up later than usual. Zero ambition.
Been involved in fitness for over 10 years and lately Im just not feeling it. Maybe I just needed a break but hopefully it doesnt linger too much longer.

Joined a gym last week and now going every other day. My chest feels kind of sore from incline bench press. No pain no gain?
