Been running a mile about 2 days a week, then been doing a long distance run till exhaustion, and I been doing fast spring till exhaustion on a tread. Everyday I been walking the dog 2 miles, and getting in 2 more miles of personal walking. Then I been hitting the weights twice week. It's been going well. That's inspiring as hell! How are the results looking?

How are the results looking? Really good man, I am not much of definition guy. I always will be more bulk, kinda like a Rusev. But, my belly fat has went back. My arms have gotten really big since I started lifting 3 years ago.But I haven't lost much size in them at all for shredding. If anything like a quarter of a inch. And my chest had broadened, and I am getting little bit of definition in the arms. But I don't expect much. My love handles have went back a lot. I think i'll always have little bit just because of the bone in that area likes to pop out little man. But I am at 189, I started at 205. I think the Shred will find good stopping point maybe at 180. We'll just have to see, with the reduction of belly fat.

Today I got in 2 miles of dog walking, 1 mile run, about half mile of personal walking, and did my Triceps and Biceps in the Gym. And most likely got some good walking in pacing around work and stuff.

Well yesterday I walked the dog 2.5 miles. Played with my other dog out back, jogged 1.5 miles. And went to work after showering after the run. I only walked 2.25 miles today, just because having stress related stomach ache with work. Gonna try to hit the weights by Saturday. I'll get some decent walking in tommorow, maybe not big run. But we will see.

had some stress over the weekend but didn’t allow it to stop me from working out and instead used it as fuel. feeling a lot better now.
hit all new pr’s this week in several areas, so I guess a bit of stress from time to time isn’t the worst thing.

So the Shred is going well, I am typically weighing in at around 187-189 right now. I started at 205 on July fourth. So almost at 3 months, and I am down 18 lbs. My arms still have the big bulky size, chest and shoulders still looking nice and wide. And the gut is pushing back, and any little pieces of fatty tissue are going back. Still not at goal, I think when I get to 180, i'll get my Body Fat Percentage taken to see where were at on that. I think i'll be in good standing at 180, maybe 175 for the shred. I don't know how much more body fat I gotta shred out tbh, I haven't had mine taken in more then a year.

Had a little set back with tennis elbow the last two weeks. It feels like it's getting better slowly and really only hurts when I do bi's and tri's. I still go heavy with everything else and lighter weight/more reps when doing arms until this heals up more. Set a new personal best for myself today on the leg press, got 450 for 6 reps. I'm really lacking in the cardio department. Juggling my job, 3 kids, a wife, gymnastics classes for my daughter, ninja classes for my oldest son, and a 16 month old baby, it's hard to get the time. When I'm at the gym, I focus more on lifting. Hopefully when the weather cools down, we can start doing our family bike rides more often. I know that's not really cardio but it's better than nothing. Kill Em' All, what's your bulk routine/diet like? I've dropped 20 lbs since May but I want to start bulking up. It's just hard for me to eat throughout the day.

My bulk was pretty reckless, due to me being given Arnold advice at age 16 and following it like an ass till this summer. But, I was eating... Breakfest 4 eggs - 28 grams had some ice Coffee to wash it down Snack 4 Servings of Peanut Butter on Whole Grain Bread - 28 Grams 2 Protein Bars - 14 grams 1 Greek Yougert - 17 Lunch 2 Protein Bars - 14 grams 1 Greek Yougert - 17 Snack Protein Shake with Creatine inside - 26 grams Dinner - 2 Hamburgers with 93% lean hormone free beef - 44 grams or just a bunch of chicken breast or turkey burgers Nightime snack 1/2 of serving of protein - 12 grams About 12-17 cups of water during the day

Kill Em' All my wife and I find it crazy that it’s way more expensive to eat healthy than not. We’re pretty good with eating as much organic as we can but with 3 kids 9,6 , and 1 1/2 years old, it’s hard to justify spending a lot on a specific diet just for me. As of now my diet, give or take is Breakfast 6 hard boiled eggs, no yolk Banana Granola Snack 2 or 3 protein balls Lunch Protein bar Brown rice Veggies Snack protein shake Dinner Whatever we cook for the family. The kids are already picky eaters and I don’t want to be a pain in the butt too. Lol 7pm Peanut butter sandwich on Dave’s killer bread good seed I always take a pre workout before the gym and a protein shake after my work out.

That's actually really solid man, props to you for supporting a family and making the choice to be healthy. The food bill will go down, once your kids hit Middle school. All they'll want is chocolate milk and hot cheatos lol. But, keep up the work bro!

Just did a 2 mile run on top of a mile and half walk. Eventually I am trying to hold myself to standards of a Army Ranger.

my diet consists of...
meal 1: blueberries, cup of oats, 2oz of ground turkey, 3 hard boiled eggs
meal 2: Whey protein, cup of oats, almond butter
meal 3: post workout whey shake, two rice crispies treats
meal 4: 5oz of steak of lean ground beef, green beans, pineapple, sweet potato
meal 5: 5oz ground turkey, spinach, cup of oats, tablespoon of olive oil
meal 6: almond butter, cup of oats, whey protein, blueberries
meal 7: 2oz ground turkey, spinach, 3 boiled eggs
it’s like a full time job. but the muscle comes on quick and the fat is shedding. I’ll have a couple cheat meals a week too.

This week i've ran 2.12 miles and a 2.50 miles. Got into some good walking steps with those days. I walked 4.5 miles yesterday. Gonna try to run another long distance mile, gonna try to do 3 miles. Get in big weight lifting session, and a Fast Sprint.
