I was exhausted tonight but I forced myself to workout. It never fails that I always feel amazing afterwards. It's actually worth it. Good stuff bro!

I lost 50 pounds. Losing fat is mostly diet. Dear god congrats. I stopped drinking Sodas about 5 years ago, i'll maybe drink soda 6 or 7 times a year at max. And I don't really eat chips. And anytime I do cheat it's really just like Blakes Burritos or Pizza. I been pretty clean for while. But I cut down my protein intake, I was eating 200 for 200 lbs. And I came to the conclusion I was given Arnold advice. I never been little person, but everyone when I was 16 would just tell me to eat tons of chicken. Which is good for skinny kid. I use to just walk a lot. I would do 5k walk everyday and little bit of lifting. And I would walk to the gym which was another 5k from my house. And I would walk everywhere, since I was in High School. I eventually would just get ride to the gym, and I stopped the cardio and eventually took tons of creatine and went on heavy protein diet. And I went from 165 to 204 from December 2017 to May 2019, and was able to build on lots of muscle. I expanded my chest size my arms got pretty damn big But I got nailed with quite bit of fat. But at 18, I can't complain I could get myself this big. Considering my peak years are still ahead. So I cut my protein in take by half. And I went from 2,300 calorites a day to about 1,500-2,000 a day. And I stopped using Creatine. So hopefully when this is said and done my muscles look more defined and I lost the pockets of fat. Right now, I am weighing in at 195-197. I was told I should drop to 185, I have noticed quite lot of fat loss already. But, I don't know if I can go back down to that because of the Muscle that's into this. So we'll see. Sounds like your doing well. I find Mike Chang quite helpful when it comes to fitness advice.

So I’ve always been in decent shape and worked out on and off from my early teens until the last year or so. From working 7 days a week, having 3 kids and everything that comes with that, to just the everyday stuff that comes up, I really fell off of working out and taking care of myself. My 9 year old goes to a Ninja class twice a week that’s also a full gym. I finally decided 3 months ago to join and start working out again. Fast forward 3 months and I honestly haven’t felt better. I’m seeing a huge difference in my body and just the way I feel overall. I stopped eating bags of chips and boxes of cookies as snacks. I’ll have some here and there with my kids but that’s all. I’ve dropped 15 lbs and leaned out. Now I want to start bulking back up. I’ve been hitting the gym six days week with abs, stretching, and cardio twice a week. Here’s my 3 month progression pic.

been a rough few days trying to adapt to a new diet. low carb high protein, and eating 7 times a day including shakes. rough but this is really the big step to seeing the bigger changes. you always hear how diet is 90% of it.
I also switched routines to a classic day 1: push, day 2: pull, day 3: legs and every fourth day is a rest.

The diet part is the hardest. I’m currently eating 3-4 dozen hard boiled egg whites a week, usually for breakfast. Lunch is a protein shake, some cashews, and granola. Dinner is whatever my wife and I make. 2 of the 3 of our kids are picky eaters so I don’t want to be more of a pain in the ass when it comes to dinner. Lol. I’m currently on day 2 of not going to the gym due to being sick and it’s killing me mentally. I do have my stuff ready to go for tomorrow morning.

I've stopped with sugar in my coffee now I just drink it black. Now I've been eating One protein bars, some larabars, Clif Kids they have iced oatmeal, Veggie chips, popcorners. about 20 cups of water a day I fill up my water bottle about 10-12 times a day with the heat to stay hydrated.

I'm losing more weight at the moment although I am eating whatever I want. I find that periods of water fasting during the day works better for me than eating like a body builder. Dealing with hunger is crucial. When you feel hungry try and just drink a glass of water and you may be thirsty not hungry. Hope this helps those trying to lose weight/body fat.

This is excellent advice. My brother is a personal trainer and he has always said that drinking a lot of water does lead to weight loss. He also reccomends to always carry a bottle of water.

My allergies have been throwing me off, but I just ran mile in 90 or so degrees. And that was one a mf'er. And I walked 6 miles last night.
Lately my routine's been I try to get in two ass kicking weight lifting days. I typically just do Arms/Chest Arms/Shoulder and go heavy and light in big work outs twice week. Then I been getting 2 rest days. I try to walk my dog mile and half 5 days. And I try to run mile everyday I don't lift or not resting. And I try to walk 3 miles everyday minus rest days.
But my Shreds been going nice and I don't have to worry about having some bread or couple of chips with salsa. And I caught my protein waaaay down. And I still got really nice size and my bodies shredding out pretty good. I may start using some more Meal prepping premade meals like Nutrition Solutions just to keep healthy. But I have way more energy and I am slowly getting my angel wings back. And I only lost like 5 pounds of actual scale weight which is kinda cool. Depending on this Shred, I may try another responsible bulk in Winter 2020.

I've been off from work so I invested in an adjustable foldable exercise bench. It wasn't too expensive and its honestly been great for me.

September 2018 I weighed 322 lbs. Now I weigh 261 lbs. Still not "shredded" but in the best shape I've been in 3 years. Getting in shape is a long long process. So just be consistent.

Been running a mile about 2 days a week, then been doing a long distance run till exhaustion, and I been doing fast spring till exhaustion on a tread. Everyday I been walking the dog 2 miles, and getting in 2 more miles of personal walking. Then I been hitting the weights twice week. It's been going well.
