Ambrose getting a marquee match is the only thing that has me excited, and I'm weary about the match because knowing WWE it could turn into a squash match.
Nothing else has me excited for the event. I wasn't excited for last year either and think it turned out to be an average event. Matches for the most part were solid but I think people overrate Roman/Lesnar and let their love for Rollins make the cash in seem more exciting than it was.

It's not going to be nearly as bad as everyone is making it out to be.

I'm sad about a lot of things. Wrestling isn't one of them.

I think everything but the main event will be pretty good
Undertaker vs Shane will just be a spot fest, yes, but it's going to be REALLY interesting to see.
While I would've rather seen Brock and Ambrose added to the main event, Brock and Ambrose 1v1 will tear each other apart and it'll be cool to see.
Multi-man ladder matches are always a blast
Divas triple threat will be OH SO GOOD
Battle Royals are always fun to watch
Ryback vs Kalisto- meh. Probably just another spot fest, with Kalisto doing some cool aerial stuff and Ryback just throwing him and being like "I'm te big guy"
The only REAL negative is the main event. Roman has been gone for half the buildup to mania, WWE has been just showing us how much we really want Ambrose, and now they're just gonna try to cram Reigns back in like nothing happened. I get WWE's logic of how if HHH beats Ambrose clean, then he'll be booed, so maybe Reigns will get cheered, but I just don't see it happening past the opening promo of RAW on Monday. It's just not believeable as Reigns as the underdog- the dude has NEVER lost cleanly. The fact that he's getting THREE confetti world title win celebrations, in the span of 4 months is honestly just wrong. And for the fued itself: it's about as lukewarm as the Charlotte-Paige fued.

I'm still somewhat looking forward to it. Especially the Hell In A Cell match. Maybe the main event will surprise us too, and Triple H's entrance should be great. Lesnar/Ambrose should be wild. Austin, Rock and Foley are all scheduled to be on the show in some capacity too which I'm happy about. I expect Foley to be the referee for HIAC.
Out of everyone you listed, the only people's absence that I actually notice are Cena, Orton and to a lesser extent, Sting and Rollins. But Sting's going into the HOF so he'll still be there in a capacity. I like Rollins but I'm not a huge fan.
Bryan was out of action for the majority of the last 2 years, Punk left 2 years ago now, as did Batista, I couldn't care less about AJ or The Bellas, nor am I that bothered about Cesaro.

I wouldn't say that I'm sad about it. You reap what you sew. Vince and Hunter created this mess and now they have to watch it blow up in their faces, so part of me is happy about that aspect. Vince wants to sink or swim with Roman Reigns as his guy, and I just think it's hilarious that he's willing to lose millions of dollars, ratings, merchandise, ticket sales, etc. just so his Samoan dream boy can be the face of the company. Everybody involved is so out of touch with today's audience, and the only chance there is of anything changing is by them continuing to lose money month after month and year after year.

We thought last year would suck, but it turned out to be really good. The rest of the year - not so much.
This year it looks like it will completely suck, so maybe it will turn out to be amazing? I have no idea how, though. I'm sad.

More hilarious than "knowing" they were faking Daniel Bryan's brain trauma?

The event having over 100,000 in attendance should be interesting. But the actual card, pretty bad aside from Ambrose/Lesnar.

I'm always excited for Wrestlemania since it's the biggest show of the year but i'm way more excited for Wrestle Kingdom next year.

Yeah this year's Wrestlemania is rather underwhelming. Luckily it's the same night as the Walking Dead finale. So I imagine that will soften the blow for sure (the Wrestlemania letdown, not the blow coming on Walking Dead... +1 to whoever gets this reference).

I always look forward to Mania for the sheer spectacle and I'm sure it'll be an enjoyable show.
However, this WM is definitely lacking in the star power, potent main event draw type of way. In the past, we had huge matches to look forward to - hbk v taker cena v rock, rock v hogan, so on and so on. This year that is missing - and the main event is seemingly one that most people outright reject and at best just aren't excited for. I feel there will be some strong actual work rate tho to compensate in the Midcard area and even tho takers most exciting times are behind him, I'm sure the spectacle of him v Shane and the spots that ensue will be exciting and fun

Are a majority of the Superstars I like going to be on the card? Probably not because of their injuries, but I do think it will still be an entertaining show worth watching.

Not at all. I can't wait. With the exception of Reigns vs HHH, all matches announced so far have chance at being match of the year. Shane vs Taker will be hit or miss but if it's a hit it'll be amazing. Lesnar vs Ambrose will be phenomal and possible MOTY, Zayn vs Owens is a mania match 10 years in the making that will be a possible MOTY, and Jericho vs Styles will tear the house down and is another potential MOTY.

The event having over 100,000 in attendance should be interesting. But the actual card, pretty bad aside from Ambrose/Lesnar. They won't hit 100,000. They're going to tell you they hit 100,000, but aren't going to hit 100,000. They're going to give whatever number they want to break the already fake 93,000 for Wrestlemania III. Which, I mean, is whatever. They can announce whatever they want.
