After watching the Mick Foley HOF induction again it's interesting how big that moment was for him. I've seen all of these matches, the Hulk Hogan win was huge at the time, so was the Ultimate Warriors win for what it was... Personally i'd have to put Hogans and Bryans wins as the greatest in WWE history for the moments they brought, with Bryan's edging Hogans win out.

Bryan at WM30. Best title win since Eddie Guerrero IMO.

I don't think many would agree, but some of my favorite World Championship Title wins are by Chris Jericho
WCW Championship Title No Mercy 2001 vs. the Rock - Chris Jericho wins the "Big One" for the first "official" time. Vengeance 2001 vs. the Rock - Chris Jericho wins the "Bigger One"...that leads him to...
WWE Championship Title Vengeance 2001 vs. Stone Cold Steve Austin - Chris Jericho wins the "Biggest One" ever.
World Heavyweight Championship Title Unforgiven 2008 vs. Batista vs. Kane vs. Rey Mysterio vs. JBL in a Championship Scramble match - Chris Jericho defeats 5 SuperStars as a surprise entrant. Raw November 3, 2008 vs. Batista in a Steel Cage match - Chris Jericho defeats the Animal in a Cage. Elimination Chamber 2010 vs. the Undertaker vs. CM Punk (w/ Luke Gallows and Serena) vs. Rey Mysterio vs. R-Truth vs. John Morrison in an Elimination Chamber match - Chris Jericho defeats 6 SuperStars inside the Chamber.
I don't think many can argue that the greatest WWE Championship Title win was by Chris Jericho at Vengeance 2001. He became the first Undisputed WWE WCW World Heavyweight Champion when he defeated the Rock for the Big Gold Belt and then Stone Cold Steve Austin for the Big Eagle Belt, in the same night. On paper, in Kayfabe, that is the first "single most important match in Professional Sports Wrestling Entertainment history".
If we're counting the World Heavyweight Championship, I don't think many can argue that the second greatest WWE Championship Title win was by Randy Orton at TLC 2013. He became the WWE / World Heavyweight Champion when he defeated John Cena for the Big Gold Belt, while he held the Big Scratch Belt. On paper, in Kayfabe, that is the second "single most important match in Professional Sports Wrestling Entertainment history".
On the Grandest Stage Of Them All, I don't think many can argue that the third greatest WWE Championship Title win was by the Ultimate Warrior at WrestleMania VI. He became the WWE / Intercontinental Champion when he defeated Hulk Hogan for the Winged Eagle Belt, while he held the yellow strap Intercontinental Belt. On paper, in Kayfabe, that is the third "single most important match in Professional Sports Wrestling Entertainment history".

Gotta go with CM Punk over John Cena at MITB 2011. So much emotion in the audience. It's the one time I really think the crowd would have rioted if Punk didn't win. Punk and Cena delivered a really good match to cap off a great storyline.

Booker T at Bash at the Beach 2000. But since you said WWE/F, I'll say Mick on RAW January 99.

this makes me want the Network to have a easy way to play a storyline. Like if I wanted to see the CM Punk win, i'd want to see all the Raw and Smackdown buildups to that match without having to go thru all the other matches and promo's, otherwise it would take days...

Eddie beating Lesnar at No Way Out. Talk about a true underdog finally getting the big win.

Austin beating Shawn at WrestleMania 14 should really be on this list.
