It isn't very often anymore in the WWE machine that I find someone that I can truly enjoy and get fully behind and hope that they succeed for fear that they will cut that person off at the knees. However, in the last year or so I have found that watching Eva Marie has been quite entertaining. She was hired based on looks alone, and was used to start a scripted reality show with no real wrestling background and seemed to simply be a model that got the job based on right timing and who she knew. However, in the last year or so she has won me over because not only did she take that opportunity she also kicked the door down and found a way to make a name for herself. For someone who had no interest in wrestling she became interested in wrestling and decided that it was what she wanted to do. She sought out training on her own because she wanted to keep her job and make the absolute most of it. I truly believe that she has improved and has earned her spot on the roster where as at first she really did not deserve to be on the roster. She is very engaging with her fans and has built an extremely large following on social media which helped her case, but it was her decision to learn to wrestle and she is coming along very nice and improving week by week. It isn't often that someone her age can do something like that. 30 is still a young age honestly, but not for a diva in the WWE, but that did not stand in her way and she has truly improved and found a way to continue improving in NXT. I honestly think that she found that she wanted to be a wrestler and decided to start paying her dues and earning her spot. I believe in a year that she will be a main stay in the division and will have at least won the title once. I believe there are others who feel the same as I do about her and would enjoy discussing it.

Her skills have drastically improved since she made her debut Spanky is a damn good trainer. That and it seems like she's fully utilising the performance center. She's coming along great.

I don't mind Eva. I despised everything but her ass at first, I won't lie. But she's turned into a decent wrestler. She's not great, she's not terrible. Very, very green but if she's as passionate as she seems to have become since her Total Divas star kinda dimmed, I hope she can find success.
The Women's Division is tough as hell now, so she'll have to work even harder to drop the model tag and become a wrestler...but it's happened before.

It's a different time period for a model to try and be a wrestler, but you can tell she's trying her hardest each time she wrestles. Her promos were once terrible now, but once she embraced the hate even the promos started getting better. And she's hot as hell so she's got that going for her.

Meh. Still hate her. In-ring and mic skills are still subpar.

Personally i still think she'll be better used as a Sable type diva, but she has inproved in the ring from when she started. She's decent with room to improve

I like the pairing with Nia Jax. However, I am hoping they continue to let her train as she's clearly getting to a point to where she feels comfortable and can grow.

She didn't seek out Brian Kendrick, I doubt she even knew who he was before they started working together. But that really isn't a big issue. I just got the Network recently so I'm playing catch up with NXT but she's definitely better than she was when she was on the main roster.

If someone is still hating on Eva I believe it's because they are a nerd and loser like Tom Phillips just tell them to shut up!

The story is she was out with injury and asked Triple H to put her in contact with someone who could train her. Smart move on her part.

Though she's still not the best wrestler in ring or on the mic, I'm glad somewhere like nxt exists so she can improve
I respect that actually she hasn't just shrugged her shoulders and actually improved her in ring skills though and I hope 1 day she returns to the main roster full time

Corey Graves is the best part of her matches.

When she first re-debuted I thought she wrestled like she was made of wood. No emotion and very tense. Since then, she's gotten considerably more comfortable in the ring and on the mic. I think if given the proper time in NXT to continue to improve, she may have a chance of getting better. If they rush her back to the main roster, she's going to be in trouble.

I personally think Eva Marie is everything that Charlotte wishes she could be.
When Eva Marie comes out on NXT, she has a Ric Flair like robe, does the twirl around like Flair did, and demands the respect from the referee and everyone around her. Just natural heel heat. And with the internet fans hating on her even more, it just adds to it.
Is Eva a great wrestler?? No. But you don't have to be a great wrestler to be great in wrestling. Roddy Piper wasn't a great wrestler at all. If you watch his matches, he sucked. But he could talk, he had charisma, he had 'it'. And so does Eva Marie.
For those who don't watch - or hate the show without even watching one episode - Eva on Total Divas is what helps add to the show. And Vince cares about Total Divas, therefore he is gonna care about Eva.
She went out and trained with Brian Kendrick out of all people! And Brian is a huge fan of Eva, and supports her every way he can. That says something too about her.
I will always be a fan. She can always improve and that's what is great about where she is at right now. I mean, look at Nikki and Brie Bella. They improved. And Nikki became one of the greatest Divas Champions in the past 10 years.
The future is only looking up for Eva Marie.

The audio quality is not as good as the Tom Phillips one I posted a couple days ago, but it's still fun. Hopefully when they finally do this on tv, it gets the same reaction. Although, this type of thing is sometimes the catalyst that eventually gets people to cheer someone because it's so absurd, it becomes entertaining. http://instagr.am/p/BFanJctmzUw

I haven't seen the Tom Phillips one yet.
