She is tryin I will give her that. But she still looks stiff in the ring and looks like she is trying to see the move in her head right before she does it. She seems to have plateaued but she will still get a push and air time cause they want her to be a star. She is like the female Roman Reigns but with less wrestling ability. They wanted her to be a face but switched to heel cause she just gets instant heat. She should have come up in the Dana Brooke lackey to Charlotte role. I agree with her being with Charlotte. I said that if they wanna make a heel Four Horsewomen group, have it be Charlotte, Dana, Eva Marie and Summer Rae. For some reason fans want to hate those girls so why not just throw them all together?? |

So was she legitimately injured last night from jumping down from the turnbuckle? Wasn't sure with her horrible acting if seh was trying to play it off or seem injured.

They never tried to turn her face....
That Wrestlemania match played on the fact that neither team was completely on the same page (they acknowledged Lana and Summer's previous beef, and she tagged Natalya in rough.....even when she came out the previous week to make the save all of the faces were looking at her like WTF?)
The injury was obviously fake. Youd have to be an idiot not to see that.
Her gimmick is that she is a waste of time. The perfect antithesis to great wrestlers like Sasha who, even when heel, get face reactions. She is the new Vickie Guerrero.

Whatever they decide to do with her just know she'll be the first champion of whatever belt they decide to give Smackdown. Eva Marie has to be a rib on everyone. I can't believe that the WWE actually thinks she'll be the face of the woman's division for the next few years. Unless she's ribbing everyone and can pull off some Trish Stratus type matches.

I think fans who say she is not a heel is disrespectful to her as a performer. She goes out there to get booed. She gets booed and gets booed a lot. Thus she is a fantastic heel and fantastic at what she does. Most fans refuse to give her any credit because she isn't a good wrestler. This is the problem with a lot of fans today. All they care about is the wrestling and don't care and/or don't fully understand the entertainment portion anymore. I love Eva Marie and am ecstatic that she is getting air time now and look forward to what she will be doing on SmackDown!

I agree with your sentiment about fans and wrestling but really, she isnt the one doing anything. All she does is stand there. She doesnt get on the mic and berate the crowd, she doesnt attack beloved characters or do anything a good heel would normally do. She even forgot what leg to sell during the segment. She gets heat because she is terrible at everything.....Im even concerned what the payoff is going to be because she cant even take a convincing ass whipping like Stephanie or Vickie could. They need to just throw her in a big bowl of pudding like they used to. |

I love how even those that don't want the WWE to push Eva, or have Eva on the roster, are talking about what Eva did on Smackdown.

Where fans want her off the screen and far away from them as possible. |
