So we've still got 2 more weeks of roster reveals, guessing this is just the starting roster and the DLC is a separate announcement? Nothing shocking so far obviously, still hoping for a few good surprises.

Seems interesting that he could return but Lex, Hall, and Nash might be left out...presumably for WCW or New Generation themed DLC. Okay, that is definitively Bam Bam's head. |

I wouldn't be heartbroken if Lex was cut from the disc and instead added as DLC as the Narcissist or Made in the USA Lex. I hate having to create his USA attire as it takes so bloody long to look good. New Generation DLC would make sense, as I've been expecting Tatanka to turn up since he just signed a legends deal well in time to make it in the game. |

I'm normally not a current-gen gamer. I'm usually content playing all my old 8/16 bit games with my Retron 5. However, I do have an ancient (by today's standards) 360 that was gifted to me, already red-ring repaired. No Wi-Fi or online compatibility. I've played WWE 12, 13, then 2K14, and 2K16. I'm contemplating whether or not to spend birthday money next month for 2K17, so I have a question or two...
With no Online capability, I've unlocked all content the old fashioned way. Now, as a busy married guy, my time for that would be limited at best. With no Showcase this year, and no way to pay for content, how would a partially locked roster be unlocked? Also, is it possible that all on-disc playable characters might be there, ready to go for 360? (minus eventual DLC of course, which I've always done without).
Thank you for reading. Just trying to figure if it'll be a smart purchase this time.
