Jericho was using the skull crushing finale in 2001/2002 before Miz Randy Orton was using MVP's playmaker in 2002 Maven started using the backstabber before Carlito/Primo/Epico Mike Knox was using a version of Sister Abigail in 2008/2009 before Bray Wyatt Shelton Benjamin/R-Truth/MVP all used a version of Paydirt as their finisher at one point
Just a few off the top of my head

The swing was used long before Ivory. I love it when people take stuff literally hahaha but yeh I'm sure it was used long before, but cesaro is the only person I've seen do it, untill I saw ivory do it so it was weird. I was just wondering if anyone else has seen something similar. Like, not a move, but I saw Sgt slaughter come out to kurt angles music once and it was so strange

He called it the 'Breakdown'. Cool! I honestly can't remember that! I remember Jeff Jarrett using it in WCW ? Was it called 'the stroke' ? He used it mainly in 2001, when he feuded with The Rock. 'The Stroke' is a variation of it, yes.

Don Leo Jonathan did the Swing way back in the early 70s, possibly even before that.
And he stole & modified it from the 3 Stooges!

I tweeted a pic of Jericho doing the swing on Eddie Guerrero in WCW to Jericho and Cesaro a while back. And they both laughed and tweeted me back on where they got it from, but I have to go back and check.

Jericho invented wrestling! They've all stolen everything from him! They all drank it in maaaaaaaaan!
I really want him to start doing that with this version of his character. Act like he was the innovator of everything.
