Surprising fire. Not like they'll find anyone better. I dont think him getting fired is surprising but the timing of it is. I figured they would at least wait till the end of the season. I told a friend of mine friday the loser of the LSU-Auburn game was going to be fired, just didnt expect it to be the next day. Yeah, I guess that's a fair argument. But this soon is ridiculous though. |

Tennessee is utterly dominating Texas A&M in every aspect of the game....sadly, including turnovers. UT should be up by 30 right now

Woooo, Too close tonight boys. It's like our real team didn't get to Madison until the 2nd half. Showed their youth. Good building game. Totally, I could see another game like this when we play Nebraska and Xichigan. Both good teams, both young teams on the up and up. I still think we beat both though. |

Jeez Baylor was awful. Granted bad calls by the refs, in places, but if you cannot score in the redzone, how do you expect to win? Russell had some good moves, but they expected his runs at the end for 2 and 3. Not a great set of play calls. Then his hail mary did not have time to develop enough. We need a defense soooo bad. Good on ya UT. Maybe next year. Gotta have a harder schedule from the jump so we can prepare for hard games like this. VPV The Champ is Here! |

Watched some random games today. One person that impressed me was Northwestern receiver Austin Carr. He has all the makings of a Julian Edelman type slot WR in the NFL.

Most people don't give Baylor any second look after all the controversy and their past awfulness. Russell did well, but he did make a few decisions to throw near that killer UT corner that burned us more than a few times. His speed on his feet was great, not to mention his hops  , but he lacked ball speed at certain times to really feed it into those tight spaces. Here's to hoping we get a shot at a piece of the Big 12 title. I am terrified of what WV will do to us. VPV |

Surprised TAMU got the 4th spot ahead of Washington but at this point it doesn't really matter since there's still 6 weeks or so to play. If Washington wins out or even wins the Pac-12 with 1 loss odds are they'll have a damn good shot of getting in.

A&M shouldnt even be sniffing the top 4. They were whooped by Bama. Should have lost to a very bad Tennessee team. They beat a UCLA team that was highly overrated and is a 5 loss team already. Their only quality win was over Auburn and they looked like a dogs butt until about 2 weeks ago.
