I was under the impression they do own it since its on the video games.
The game companies work differently.
They get the rights themselves to use belts, superstars, ect. that wwe dont.
Thats why theres a lot of wrestlers in the game, that have no working agreement with wwe themselves.
Like goldberg for example. He's doing press tours and advertising for 2k, not wwe.
