Whitaker better face GSP next! I think Robert can beat him. I don't know... even though he was cut-up a bit, I was really impressed with GSP last night. He has really bulked up for the weight too (he looked bigger than Bisping!). I think GSP/Whittaker would be a pick 'em... really hope we get to see it.

I think Michael Bisping will face Yoel Romerro in the UK in march. Makes sense for multiple reasons.

Great night on Saturday, the kinda night we’ve been waiting for.
Felt so good to finally see Rose get the belt, she’s very special.
I like all 3 who lost their belts but they’re all arrogant as hell and was nice seeing their comeuppance arrive. Particularly for JJ, what a nasty persona she has.
GSP was amazing. TJ was awesome and I’ll be very happy to see him dethrone that GOAT-lite DJ.

Its been killing me listening to people talking about gsp being the goat now, as if beating michael bisping makes one the best ever.
Lets not forget, gsp never fought silva, and silva wasnt the one that was scared. Gsp lost his last fight, even if the judges said otherwise. Gsp was gifted a title shot after 4 years off, and took bisping over woodley, because woodley would have dragged that ass.
If gsp is GOAT...go up another weight class (conor did it, arent you better than conor?) And fight jon jones. And beat him.
Also, glad tj won, team alpha male is a cancer.
Horrified that rose namajunas is the ufc champ. Wont last long. She wouldnt beat joanna twice. Andrade would ko her. Gadelha would beat her. Just hurry and make it happen.

Its been killing me listening to people talking about gsp being the goat now, as if beating michael bisping makes one the best ever. It's the fact that, after 4 years away, he came back and beat the champion at a higher weight... Bisping may not have been the best MW in the world, but he was the champion, fair and square. And GSP was already in the best P4P talks before his lay-off - so coming back and winning like this only solidifies his case. There's a big difference though: when Conor beat Nate Diaz at Welterweight, Diaz wasn't even ranked in the division... (he was ranked about #7 at Lightweight). And Nate's always been a natural LW. In comparison, Jon Jones is the former champion at LHW - and arguably the greatest ever at that weight (controversies aside)... and also the former P4P king. So wanting/expecting GSP to fight Jones because Conor fought Nate 2 divisions above, is both unfair and unrealistic.

Yeah, I can't be doing with Namajunas as champ - it's like bizarro world. I wanted someone to beat JJ, but I didn't want it to be her. On the plus side, at least it wasn't Van Zandt.

Hmm... I don't understand the hate for Rose - I was really pleased for her!? (...I'll get me coat... ) I became a fan of Rose from the season of the Ultimate Fighter where they began the Womens Strawweight division, so i was pulling for her, though i was also a big Joanna fan.

Anderson Silva popped by USADA for a potential bad substance, Shanghai fight against Gastelum is off.
Didn't see it posted but Frankie Edgar's injured and out of the title fight against Max Holloway. Rumor has it Jose Aldo may be filling the slot for a rematch.
Dominick Cruz is also out with a broken arm and his fight against Riviera is off.

Anderson Silva popped by USADA for a potential bad substance, Shanghai fight against Gastelum is off. ...that's probably ruined his status as one of the GOAT. Similar to the situation with Jon Jones - failing once could be a one-off/mistake/tainted supplement... but twice? Not good.

Aldo will rematch Holloway at UFC 218 for the FW title.
Hopefully Holloway’s head won’t look like it did last time...yeesh!

Anthony Pettis vs. Dustin Poirier was a great fight, Big win for Poirier. I think Pettis cracked a rib or two while stuck in the body triangle also he was blind in one eye.

Man, Pettis looked great but Poirier was something else! Couldn’t catch as much as I wanted but that fight was great.
Read that Pettis injured his ribs but not sure to what extent.
